GLEN COVE, NY – Christopher Newport’s sailing squad placed second at the Engineers Cup hosted by Webb Institute this past weekend.
The hosts won the event. The Captains second place finish gave them victories over Monmouth, Ocean County, Rochester, Drexel, and Delaware.
Team members were Jessica Thal, Lynn Ball, Maxwell Plarr, Meghan Magee, and Taylor Morgan.
This event concludes the Spring 2009 season.
