CNU In 4th at Hampden Sydney Golf Invitational

NEWPORT NEWS, VA - The Christopher Newport Golf team is currently in 4th place after Day One of the Hampden Sydney Golf Invitational.
The Captains received strong efforts from all five of their players. Chris Olson shot an 81, Ben Culotta shot an 84, Joe Evans and Tyler Horney both carded an 85's and Chris Martin turned in an 86.
The Captains as a team shot a total score of 335 to leave them 14 strokes back of leader Randolph Macon.
The low score of the day was 75 and was posted by Trae Kresinkske of Virginia Wesleyan.
