NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - The unbeaten CNU women's basketball team will host Washington & Lee, while Roanoke and McDaniel will meet in a preliminary game, in the first round of the NCAA Division III national tournament at the Freeman Center Friday.

The Captains and Generals have already met this season. The Captains won, 71-57, in the second game of the season  at the Freeman Center Nov. 21st.

Washington & Lee has an 18-9 record and won the Old Dominion Athletic Conference tournament championship last weekend.

The Captains are 28-0 and won the USA South Athletic Conference title, also last weekend.  Game times will be announced soon. The two winners will meet Saturday to move on to the Sweet 16.
