Along with the victors, Ezenwa and Richardson also excelled on Saturday. In the women's 100-hurdles, Ezenwa blistered the field with a time of 14.69, which set a new conference record and moved her to seventh on CNU's all-time list. Richardson also established a new CAC Championship mark in the women's 200 after winning the preliminaries with a time of 25.08.

In other track events on Saturday, both the men and women had a pair of runners score in the 10,000.
