2017 - Senior Season - Added the perfect punctuation mark to her standout career with a terrific senior campaign … Earned first-team All-Conference and All-State accolades while collecting second-team All-Region plaudits … Also earned a spot in the NFHCA Senior All-Star Game … Anchored a defense that led the nation with a 0.67 goals-against-average … Helped limit the opposition to just 6.9 shots per contest while leading CNU to 10 shutouts … Was a standout member of the team’s defensive penalty corner unit as well … Honored as the CAC Defensive Player of the Week on October 16 after leading the Captains to a pair of victories, including a shutout against Frostburg State on October 15 … Came through with a pair of game-saving defensive saves during the team’s double-overtime victory against No. 6 Salisbury in the CAC Championship on November 4 … Also played a key role on the offensive end during the season … Converted three penalty strokes during the year, equaling the second-highest single-season total in program history … Found the back of the cage in a pair of nationally-ranked victories over No. 19 Mary Washington on October 4 and No. 16 York (Pa.) on October 21 … Finished the year with 1,151 minutes of work and did not miss a second of action during the squad’s final 10 games of the season.

2016 - Junior Season - Continued to star on the midfield unit while frustrating opposing attacks throughout the season ... Secured first-team All-Conference and All-State accolades for her relentlessness ... Started 18 games during the year and saw 1,145 minutes of work ... Played at least 70 minutes in 11 appearances, including a career-high 81 against Mary Washington in the CAC Tournament on November 2 ... Was a key factor in limiting the opposition to a 0.78 goals-per-game average, which ranked as the sixth-finest rate in the nation ... Posted a defensive save after catching up to a breakaway opportunity against Rhodes on October 16 ... Also helped anchor CNU's penalty corner defense, which faced 97 corner attempts and surrendered only five goals during the year ... Contributed three assists on the offensive end as well ... Came through with the helper on the game-winning strike in the second half of a 2-1 victory over Washington & Lee on October 2 ... Also added assists against Oberlin on September 5 and St. Mary's (Md.) on October 12.

2015 - Sophomore Season - Started all 17 contests and was a valuable contributor in nearly every facet of the game ... Collected second-team All-State accolades and finished second on the team with 17 points and seven goals ... Registered at least one point in seven contests, including an assist and two goals against Ferrum on September 6 ... Also added a goal and an assist at Wesley on September 12 ... Continued her offensive explosion with goals against Randolph-Macon on September 23 and Rhodes on September 26 ... Capped off the year with an exceptional run, including the game-winning goal against No. 13 Mary Washington on October 21 and a second-half tally on a penalty stroke against No. 7 Salisbury in the CAC semifinals on November 4 ... Also provided an assist against Frostburg State on October 24 ... Finished the year with 18 shots, including 15 on-goal.

2014 - Freshman Season - Pieced together a tremendous debut during her first year with the Captains … One of only two freshmen to start all 19 games for the squad … Finished the season with seven points, including three goals … Scored her first career goal during a 4-3 victory over Eastern Mennonite on September 17 … Added the game-winning strike against Bridgewater on October 8 … Also found the back of the cage during a crucial 4-3 double-overtime victory against St. Mary’s on October 21 … Rounded out her offensive exploits with an assist against No. 14 Mary Washington in the regular season finale on October 29 … Capped off the year with 22 shots, including nine on-goal.

At York - Starred as a forward on the field hockey team for four years with the Falcons … Collected second-team All-District accolades as a junior after securing honorable mention nods during her sophomore campaign … Was on the MVP Team at the University of Maryland Camp twice … Also earned Tournament MVP honors at Lynchburg College as a junior and was on the Falcon Invitational All-Tournament team as a sophomore … Helped lead York to the Conference 25 title during her senior season.
