2011 - Freshman Season - Saw time as a reserve on the back line during her first year with the Captains … Contributed a defensive save during a win over Eastern Mennonite on October 12 … Made her collegiate debut and helped the squad record a shutout against Centre on September 10 … Also helped the team blank Houghton on November 4.
 
At Tabb - Played four years of field hockey for coach Wendy Wilson while leading the team to four district titles, three regional crowns, and three state championships … Collected first-team All-District, second-team All-Region, and honorable mention All-State accolades for her work … Named a Daily Press All-Star as well … Also was an honors student and a member of the girls ensemble and jazz choir.
 
Personal - Dani Perino is the daughter of Pauline and Peter Perino … Has a sister, Samantha, who competed in gymnastics at the University of Illinois.
