2012 - Senior Season - Hauled in first-team All-State accolades following a historic campaign … Led the team with 15 goals, which equaled the fourth-highest single-season total by a Captain … Started all 19 games while leading the program to the NCAA Sweet 16 … Pieced together one of the most remarkable efforts in NCAA Tournament history during the first round of the playoffs against Gwynedd-Mercy on November 7 … Scored five goals during the victory, which equaled the all-time NCAA record for most strikes in a postseason contest … Her five tallies and 10 points also placed her second on the program’s all-time single-game lists … Kicked off the scoring against Gwynedd-Mercy just 40 seconds into regulation, marking the second-fastest opening goal in school history … Came back with her next strike just 21 seconds later, which established a new program record for the fastest consecutive goals by a Captain … Finished off the contest with three tallies in the second half to close out the 8-2 win … Equally effective under the bright lights during the regular season as well … Scored the game-winner against No. 19 Lynchburg on September 30, posted a strike at No. 19 Catholic on October 17, and assisted on a tally against No. 4 Salisbury on September 6 … Had a two-goal outburst, including the clinching strike, at Eastern Mennonite on October 20 … Capped off the year with four game-winning goals, which equaled the third-highest total by a Captain … Finished her career with a .260 shooting percentage, marking the third-best in program history.
