2020-21 - Junior Season:
Cross Country - Did not compete in the fall following a decision by the NCAA and Capital Athletic Conference to suspend athletic competitions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Track & Field - Did not see action during the outdoor campaign.

2019-20 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Kicked off the year with a ninth-place showing in the 5k at the UMW Opener after finishing in 16:48.4 … Also competed in the 6k at the Hornet Harrier Challenge and completed the event in 20:59.0.
Track & Field - Collected second-team All-Conference honors in the 4x400-relay and was an All-Region selection in the 800 … Helped lead the relay to a second-place showing at the CAC Indoor Championships in 3:28.98 ... Ranked fifth in the South / Southeast in the 800 after posting a time of 1:55.53 at the CNU Qualifier … Finished third in the event at the CAC Championships after crossing the line in 1:55.72 … Also took part in the 800 during the VMI Indoor Classic and Tufts National Qualifier … Completed the 400 in 52.33 at VMI as well.

2018-19 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Did not see action during the fall season.
Track & Field - Pieced together an incredible debut campaign while securing All-Conference and All-Region accolades for his work in the 800 and DMR … Won the league championship in the indoor 800 after posting a time of 1:56.40 during the title meet … Also helped lead the DMR to a second-place showing at the competition with a 10:33.68 clocking … Added a pair of top-five finishes at the CAC Outdoor Championships as well after placing third in the 800 (1:54.62) and fourth in the 4x400-relay (3:25.27) … Posted his fastest 800 time of the year at the Blue & Silver Challenge after winning the race in 1:54.42 … Registered his top 400 time at the Keydet Invitational (51.28) and his finest 200 mark at the Dr. Jack Toms Invitational (24.39) … Honored as the CAC Track Athlete of the Week on February 5 after racing to a time of 1:56.00 in the 800 and 10:27.50 in the DMR during the Camel City Invitational … Had 15 top-five finishes during the year, including a pair of runner-up efforts at the Captains Invitational during the winter season … Also earned USTFCCCA National All-Academic honors for his work in the classroom.

At Patriot - Excelled in track & field with the Pioneers … Was a five-time All-State and seven-time All-Region honoree for his efforts … Won the 6A state championship in the 800 ... Also captured six regional crowns … Established school records in the 800, 1000, and 1600 as well as the 4x800-relay and the indoor and outdoor sprint medley relays … Served as a team captain in 2017-18 … Also competed in rugby and was on the Virginia All-Star Team in 2016 … Won the State Championships for Summer 7’s in 2017 and 2018.
 
Personal - Adam Wosahla is the son of Kelly and Steve Wosahla … Has an older sister, Caeley … David Goggins is his favorite athlete, and “Naruto” is his favorite TV show … His dream vacation would be a trip to Japan ... Majoring in cellular, molecular, and physiological biology.
