Cross Country - Opened the year with a pair of top-100 efforts in his first two appearances ... Finished 98th in the 6k at the Spider Alumni Open (20:22.6) and 58th in the 8k during the CNU Invitational (27:34.0) ... Also took part in the prestigious Paul Short Run and concluded the 8k in 29:30.7.
Track & Field - Placed second in the 3000 (9:12.53) and seventh in the mile (4:39.57) during the Captains Invitational ... Came back with a fifth-place mark in the 3000 at the Oceanfront Invitational after crossing the line in 9:27.94 ... Completed the 800 in 2:05.50 during the same competition.

2022-23 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Secured second-team All-League plaudits after placing 15th at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships with a time of 25:29.9 in the 8k ... Posted a season-best mark at the prestigious Paul Short Run after finishing in 25:22.0 ... Capped off the year with a 28:06.3 mark during the NCAA South Regionals, which placed him 54th overall ... Also competed in the 8k at the NCAA Regional Preview and Rowan Border Battle ... Completed the 6k in 19:14.3 at the Spider Alumni Open.
Track & Field - Excelled in the 3000-steeplechase throughout the spring while earning second-team All-Conference and All-State honors for his work in the event ... Placed second at the league meet in the steeplechase after crossing in 9:53.78 ... Added his top clocking of the year with a 9:32.33 mark at the Colonial Relays, which ranked as the sixth-fastest time in the South Region ... Also placed fourth in the 3000 (8:49.74) during the indoor league championships and eighth in the 5000 (16:01.99) at the outdoor meet ... Notched a PR in the 400-hurdles with a time of 1:03.00 at the Blue & Silver Challenge ... Posted a victory in the 1500 during the same meet after completing the event in 4:04.80 ... Placed in the top-10 in 10 of his 11 races during the year, including seven top-five finishes ... Earned a spot on the Academic All-District team for his work in the classroom as well.

2021-22 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Did not compete in the fall.
Track & Field - Starred throughout his first season with the Captains … Honored as the VaSID All-State Indoor and Outdoor Track Rookie of the Year … Also named the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Track Athlete of the Meet after starring during the indoor championships … Won the league title in the 5000 after finishing in 15:38.85 … Also placed second in the 3000 with an 8:40.24 mark … Garnered second-team All-League nods in a pair of events for his work at the outdoor championships … Set new PRs and was the runner-up in both the 1500 (3:55.17) and 5000 (14:45.57) during the spring league meet … Established a new personal-best in the steeplechase after clocking in at 9:14.63 during the Virginia Grand Prix … Secured All-Region nods in the 1500, 5000, and steeplechase during the spring after picking up the same award for his performance in the indoor 3000 during the winter … Collected first-team All-State nods as an indoor distance runner and was a second-team selection during the outdoor campaign … Won nine races during the year, including a pair of victories in the 1500 and 5000 during the Blue & Silver Challenge in March … Claimed the steeplechase title at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic, Virginia Grand Prix, and Williams Final Qualifier during a dominant spring season … Selected as the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Track Athlete of the Week on March 28 and April 4 … Competed in 19 races during the year and finished in the top-five on 18 occasions, including his final 16 outings … Secured a spot on the USTFCCCA National All-Academic Team for his work in the classroom as well.
