Cross Country - Recorded his top 8k time of the season at the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle after crossing the line in 29:26.0 ... Finished 51st at the Don Cathcart Invitational in 29:54.0 ... Also ran a sub-30-minute time at the prestigious Paul Short Run after finishing in 29:33.6 ... Came in 58th at the CNU Invitational with a 31:56.3 clocking ... Made his debut in the 6k at the Spider Alumni Open with a mark of 23:49.7.
Track & Field - Placed seventh in the 3000-steeplechase at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships after completing the race in 10:18.82 ... Posted a victory in the event at the Blue & Silver Challenge with a time of 10:33.58 ... Established PRs in the 1500 (4:28.72) and 5000 (16:56.07) during the New Captains Classic ... Made his indoor debut with a time of 5:24.09 in the mile at the Shane Stevens Invitational ... Also set a personal-standard in the 3000 (9:48.96) during the CNU Qualifier ...
