2024-25 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Came in 32nd at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships after completing the 8k in 28:08.2 ... Set a new PR with a time of 27:04.4 at the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle ... Finished 11th in the 8k at the Don Cathcart Invitational ... Also competed in the event at the CNU Invitational and Paul Short Run ... Ran the 6k at the Spider Alumni Open and established a new personal-best with a time of 20:16.2.
Track & Field - Came through with three top-10 finishes at the league championships during his second year with the program ... Placed fourth in the DMR (10:49.85) and eighth in the 800 (2:00.65) at the indoor title meet ... Returned in the spring with a sixth-place effort in the 800 (1:57.01) at the outdoor championships ... Posted a PR in that event during his last appearance of the season after finishing in 1:56.49 at the Widener Final Qualifier ... Also set new personal standards in the 1500 (4:15.59) at the Blue & Silver Challenge and the 3000 (9:21.67) during the Captains Invitational ... Came in third in both the 800 and 4x400-relay at the Betty S. Rogers Invitational ... Compiled 11 total top-10 performances during the year ... Starred in the classroom as well and was named to the CSC Academic All-District Team for his efforts.
 

2023-24 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Took part in three meets during his first collegiate campaign ... Kicked off his career at the Spider Alumni Open and finished the 6k in 21:22.6 ... Had a season-best 8k mark in the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle after finishing in 28:26.7 ... Also completed the event in 29:25.0 during the CNU Invitational.
Track & Field - Hauled in second-team All-Conference and All-State plaudits for his performance as a member of the indoor DMR ... Helped the foursome finish second at the league meet with a time of 10:37.48 ... Excelled in individual events throughout the year as well ... Placed fourth in the 800 during the winter and spring championships, including a season-best mark of 1:57.81 during the outdoor competition ... Also led the 4x400-relay to a third-place finish at the spring meet ... Established PRs in the mile (4:31.70) at the Richard Drake Invitational and the 1500 (4:19.09) at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic ... Kicked off the year with his top effort in the 3000 after coming in third in 9:23.60 during the CNU Holiday Open ... Had 16 top-10 finishes during the year, including a second-place mark in the 800 at the Captains Invitational in January.

At Langley - Starred in multiple sports during his time with the Saxons ... Earned four letters as a member of the indoor track team and two apiece with the cross country and outdoor track squads ... Also saw time on the soccer team ... Established a pair of school relay records and was a four-time All-State athlete ... Set PRs in the 800 (1:59.5), 500 (1:07.78), 400 (52.13), and 5k (17:42) ... Also participated in student government and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes while playing cello in the orchestra.
