2017-18 - Junior Season:
Cross Country - Picked up All-Conference and All-Region honors for his efforts during the year ... Placed 15th at the CAC Championships after completing the 8k in 26:00.7 ... Had a season-best time at the South / Southeast Regional Championships after crossing the line in 25:26.4 ... That placed him 30th in the region ... Added a seventh-place finish in the 5k during the Mary Washington Opener and came in 54th at the William & Mary Invitational ... Ran the 8k during the Paul Short Run and Cowbell Classic as well.
Track & Field - Finished third in the 5000 during the CAC Outdoor Championships with a season-best mark of 15:04.77 ... Also placed sixth in the event during the indoor competition after crossing in 15:24.60 ...  Posted victories in the 5000 at the Towson Invitational and the 1500 during the Blue & Silver Challenge ... Also took part in the mile and 3000 during the indoor season and the 800 and 3000-steeplechase during the outdoor campaign ... Had five top-five finishes during the year.

2016-17 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Earned All-Conference honors after finishing 13th at the CAC Championships with a time of 26:58.4 … Came through with his top time in the 8k at the CNU Invitational after crossing in 26:32.0, which placed him eighth in the field … Notched 11th-place finishes at the Don Cathcart and William & Mary Invitationals as well.
Track & Field - Captured the league title in the 5000 after completing the event in 15:07.44 at the CAC Outdoor Championships … Posted his top mark in the event with a 15:05.10 clocking at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier … Earned All-Conference honors for his work in the indoor 3000 after finishing second at the CAC meet with a season-best time of 8:44.00 … Came through with his top times in the 1500 (4:01.04) at the Captains Classic and the mile (4:33.19) during the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational … Also took part in the 400-hurdles and 3000-steeplechase during the year as well … Had six top-five finishes during the season, including a victory in the 1500 at the Commonwealth Duals and the 5000 at the Tribe Invitational.

2015-16 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Had a strong freshman campaign and earned second-team All-Conference accolades for his work ... Came in 15th at the CAC Championships with a time of 26:13.0 ... Competed in the South / Southeast Regionals as well ... Had a season-best finish with a 10th-place effort at the CNU Invitational ... Crossed the line in 16th at the Panorama Farms Invitational as well.
Track & Field - Earned All-Conference honors and won a conference championship in the indoor DMR ... Helped the relay place first at the league meet with a time of 10:35.83 ... Also competed in the 3000 during the winter season, highlighted by a time of 9:01.97 during the Last Chance Meet ... Finished sixth in the 3000-steeplechase and 28th in the 5000 at the CAC Outdoor Championships ... Excelled in the steeplechase throughout the year, including a second-place finish at the Commonwealth Duals and a third-place effort at the Tribe Invitational.
