Cross Country - Registered his fastest 8k time of the season at the Paul Short Run after completing the course in 27:47.2 ... Had a top-50 finish at the CNU Invitational after coming in 42nd with a 29:26.8 clocking ... Also ran the 8k at the Don Cathcart Invitational and the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle ... Made his debut at the Spider Alumni Open and wrapped up the 6k in 20:42.1.
Track & Field - Hauled in All-Region accolades in the 3000-steeplechase after throwing down a season-best time of 9:53.31 at the C2C Outdoor Championships ... Finished sixth in the league in the steeplechase and 11th in the 800 (1:59.80) at the spring meet ... Added a seventh-place showing in the 800 during the indoor championships as well ... Notched a PR in the mile (4:41.91) at the Shane Stevens Winter Invitational and the 3000 (9:36.22) at the CNU Qualifier ... Posted a season-best mark of 4:20.24 in the 1500 during the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic as well ... Collected a victory in the steeplechase at the New Captains Classic and guided the 4x400-relay to a win at the Blue & Silver Challenge ... Also was the runner-up in the mile at the CNU Qualifier ... Had 15 total top-10 finishes during the year.
