At Glen Allen - Excelled as a member of the cross country and track & field teams with the Jaguars … Was an All-American in the Distance Medley Relay after running the 1600m leg at the New Balance Nationals in 2016 … Was a three-time state champion during his senior campaign … Won indoor and outdoor titles in the 4x800 and captured the 3200 crown during the spring season as well … Also was the indoor conference and regional champion in the 3200.
