2021-22 - Senior Season: Collected a pair of second-team All-League accolades for his performance during the year … Also named to the second-team All-State squad in the spring … Set a new PR in the shot put while finishing as the runner-up at the Coast-to-Coast Conference Indoor Championships with a 14.20-meter heave … That also earned him a spot on the All-Region squad … Came back and finished second in the league in the discus with a 41.42-meter launch at the outdoor conference meet … Also placed third in the shot put (13.40 meters) and fourth in the hammer (44.97 meters) during the spring competition … Came in fourth in the weight throw during the winter meet as well … Recorded victories in the shot put at the CNU Qualifier and Blue & Silver Challenge … Also won the weight throw at the Vince Brown Invitational … Named the Coast-to-Coast Conference Field Athlete of the Week on January 17 after launching a 14.82-meter heave in the weight throw … Added a PR in the event with a 15.20-meter toss at the Richard Drake Invitational … Notched a personal-best in the hammer with a 46.67-meter effort at the New Captains Classic … Had 25 top-five finishes during the year, including three victories.

2020-21 - Junior Season: Came through with a pair of top-10 finishes at the Coast-to-Coast Conference Outdoor Championships … Finished fifth in the league in the hammer (38.21 meters) and seventh in the discus (35.75 meters) … Set a new PR in the hammer during the Blue & Silver Challenge after unleashing a 41.03-meter heave … That marked the fifth-best toss by a league competitor during the spring campaign … Added a season-best mark in the discus (35.90 meters) at the Salisbury Spring Meet and his top effort in the shot put (12.70 meters) at the VCU Final Qualifier … Came in third in the shot put and hammer at the UMW Opener … Finished the spring with six top-five efforts while placing in the top-10 on 17 occasions.
 
2019-20 - Sophomore Season: Scored in a pair of throwing events during the CAC Championships … Finished third in the shot put (13.47 meters) and fourth in the weight throw (13.68 meters) at the title meet … Garnered CAC Field Athlete of the Week honors on February 10 following a starring role at the Vince Brown Invitational … Ranked first among Division III competitors in the shot during that meet after unloading a 13.31-meter heave while also topping his previous best in the weight throw with a 12.53-meter toss … Wrapped up the season with fourth-place finishes in both the shot and weight throw at the CNU Qualifier … Had six top-five performances during the winter campaign.

2018-19 - Freshman Season: Had three top-10 finishes during the CAC Outdoor Championships while registering a new PR in each discipline … Came in sixth in the shot put (12.98 meters), ninth in the discus (37.45 meters), and 10th in the hammer (35.02 meters) … Set a personal-best in the weight throw during the indoor season with an 11.99-meter heave at the Captains Invitational … Finished 17th in the weight throw and 16th in the shot put during the CAC Indoor Championships … Had 14 top-10 performances during the year, including three at both the Eastern Shore Challenge and New Captains Classic during the spring campaign.
