Cross Country - Finished 75th at the CAC Championships after crossing the line in 29:22.7 ... Also competed in the 8k at the Don Cathcart Invitational and completed the race in 30:02.0.
Track & Field - Placed 13th in the 10,000 at the CAC Outdoor Championships after finishing in 37:45.29 ... Established a new PR in that event at the Dr. Jack Toms Invitational with a 34:41.67 clocking ... Finished eighth in the 3000 at the Captains Invitational with a season-best mark of 16:25.34 ... Chipped in with his fastest mark in the 5000 at the Tribe Invitational with a 16:25.34 showing.

2016-17 - Junior Season:
Cross Country - Finished 78th at the CAC Championships after completing the 8k in 29:31.9 … Also ran the 3k during the CNU Invitational and came in sixth overall with a 10:12.0 mark.
Track & Field - Competed in the distance events throughout his third year with the program … Registered PRs in the mile (4:48.06) and 3000 (9:40.86) during the CNU Holiday Open … Came back with his top mark in the 5000 (17:21.71) at the Vince Brown Invitational … Took part in the 3000-steeplechase during the Commonwealth Duals and finished in 11:45.19, which placed him 13th in the field.

2015-16 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Finished 91st at the CAC Championships with a time of 29:12 … Added a mark of 10:15 during the 3k at the CNU Invitational, which placed him fifth in the field … Competed in the 6k at the William & Mary Invitational and eventually finished 45th with a time of 22:38.8.
Track & Field - Saw action in the 800 during both the indoor and outdoor seasons … Registered a season-best time of 2:11.10 in the event during the New Captains Classic … Also posted a 12th-place finish in the 400 at the Commonwealth Duals after clocking in at 57.52.

2014-15 - Freshman Season:
Track & Field - Excelled in the 800 during the indoor campaign, finishing with a season-best 2:11.29 during the Vince Brown Invitational … Also competed in the event during the outdoor season, including a time of 2:10.49 at the Aggie Invitational … Ran the mile and 1000 during the indoor season and was on the 4x400-relay during the outdoor campaign as well.

At Lafayette - Competed for four years on the track & field and cross country teams with the Rams … Established a school record in the 1500 meters during his junior campaign … Earned All-Conference honors in the 3200 and 4x800-relay … Helped lead the relay squad to the regional championship in 2014 … Also guided the cross country team to the state championship during his senior campaign.
