2021-22 - Senior Season:
Cross Country - Recorded his top time in the 8k at the prestigious Paul Short Run after crossing the line in 28:28.6 … Came in 27th in the event at the CNU Invitational with a 29:21.8 mark … Also clocked in at 30:24.7 at the Inter-Regional Border Battle.
Track & Field - Won a league title as a member of the 4x400-relay after leading the foursome to a time of 3:30.21 at the Coast-to-Coast Conference Indoor Championships … Also placed sixth in the league in the 800 with a time of 2:00.92 at the winter competition … Came back with a fifth-place showing as a member of the 4x400-relay during the outdoor league meet … Kicked off the year with a new PR in the mile at the Holiday Open in December after crossing the line in 4:40.15 … Also notched two personal-bests in the outdoor season … Finished the 800 in 1:56.91 at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic and the 200 in 24.34 at the Eastern Shore Challenge … Had 13 top-five finishes during the year, including a victory in the 800 at the UMW Opener.
 
2020-21 - Junior Season:
Cross Country - Did not compete in the fall following a decision by the NCAA and Capital Athletic Conference to suspend athletic competitions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Track & Field - Registered a pair of top-10 finishes at the Coast-to-Coast Conference Outdoor Championships … Finished sixth in the league in the 800 after clocking in at 1:59.59 during the title meet … Also led the 4x400-relay to a third-place finish in 3:28.23 … Established a new PR in the 800 while crossing the line in 1:57.22 at the New Captains Classic … Also set a personal-best in the 1500 at the VCU Final Qualifier with a 4:14.41 clocking … Collected a victory in the 4x400-relay at the UMW Opener … Posted his fastest time in the 400 (51.89) during his next appearance at the Blue & Silver Challenge … Placed in the top-five in seven races during the spring.
 
2019-20 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Placed 39th at the CAC Championships after completing the 8k in 29:54.1 … Established a new PR in the 6k at the William & Mary Invitational while finishing in 21:46.1 … Came in 13th in the 8k at the CNU Invitational with a 28:26.6 mark … Kicked off the year with a time of 17:29.0 in the 5k at the UMW Opener.
Track & Field - Scored in a pair of events during the CAC Indoor Championships after coming in sixth in the 800 (2:00.68) and fifth in the Distance Medley Relay (10:39.25) … Set a new PR in the mile during the CNU Qualifier while placing ninth in 4:45.10 … Also came in ninth in the 400 (53.47) at the Vince Brown Invitational … Collected two top-10 efforts at the Captains Invitational after finishing fourth in the 4x400-relay (3:37.59) and ninth in the 600 (1:27.28) … Finished in the top-10 in seven of his nine races during the winter.

2018-19 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Finished 41st at the CAC Championships after clocking in at 29:03.7 … Had his top 8k time during the Don Cathcart Invitational with a 27:46.0 mark … Also came in 20th in the 5k at the Mary Washington Opener (17:00.7).
Track & Field - Picked up All-Conference honors after guiding the indoor DMR to a second-place finish at the CAC Championships with a time of 10:33.68 … Added a ninth-place showing in the triple jump during the title meet as well (11.70 meters) … Returned with a fourth-place finish in the 4x400-relay at the CAC Outdoor Championships with a 3:25.27 mark … Registered his top 800 time at the New Captains Classic (1:59.21) and his fastest 1500 at the Lloyd Sigler Spring Meet (4:25.17) … Finished the 3000-steeplechase in 10:45.89 at the Blue & Silver Challenge … Came through with nine top-five finishes during the year, including a victory in the 4x400-relay at the Dr. Jack Toms Invitational.

At Bel Air - Starred in cross country and track & field with the Bobcats … Secured All-Country honors for his efforts in cross country … Competed in the conference, regional, and state championships … Took part in the Junior Olympics and the New Balance Nationals in the 4x800-relay … Helped guide the 4x800 to the 3A regional and state titles … Established school records in the 4x400- and 4x800-relays as well as the indoor 300 and 500 … Served as a mid-distance team captain for two years at Bel Air.
