2022-23 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Finished 35th in the 8k at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships after completing the league meet in 27:39.3 ... Posted a season-best time in the 8k at the Paul Short Run with a mark of 26:53.7 ... Also took part in both the NCAA Regional Preview and Rowan Border Battle.
Track & Field - Did not see action during the winter or spring.

At James Madison - Shined as a member of the cross country and track & field teams with the Warhawks ... Helped establish school records in the 4x400-relay and DMR ... Nabbed All-District and All-Region accolades for his efforts ... Served as a team captain in cross country as well as indoor and outdoor track ... Honored with the Warhawk Spirit Award for best academic and athletic achievement.
