Biography

2006-2007 - Placed second in the weight throw at the indoor Mason-Dixon Conference Championships with a toss of 44-7 3/4, a PR. During the outdoor season he was third at the Mason-Dixon in the shot with a 42-7. He had set his PR earlier in the CNU Blue & Silver Challenge at 44-1 3/4. He also had a PR in the discus at that meet of 104-1.

 

At Warwick: Competed in track as a senior for coach Painter.

 

Personal: Christopher DeAngelo Banks was born Dec. 30, 1987 in Newport News, Va. He is the son of Rebecca Pennington-Banks and Glenn Potter. He is majoring in Business. Has a brother Charles Pennington, 18 and three sisters, Jennifer Pennington, Bianca Banks and Kaitlyn Potter.
