2014-15: Junior Season - Notched a pair of top-10 finishes at both the indoor and outdoor CAC Championships … Came in third in the 4x400-relay (3:26.18) and ninth in the 400 (52.71) during the indoor league meet before placing ninth in the javelin (43.89 meters) and 10th in the 400-hurdles (59.06) during the outdoor competition … Continued to excel in the combined events as well, including a season-best score of 5,447 in the decathlon at the New Captains Classic … Also posted a PR in the heptathlon during the indoor season with 4,035 points at the CNU Invitational.
 
2013-14: Sophomore Season - Collected three top-10 efforts during the CAC Outdoor Championships … Came in fifth in the high jump (1.80 meters), sixth in the 4x400-relay (3:24.94), and ninth in the 400-hurdles (56.95) … Had a solid debut in the decathlon after registering a season-best 5,045 points during the combined event at the New Captains Classic … Also competed in the heptathlon during the indoor season and tallied 3,932 points during the CNU Invitational … Posted a sixth-place finish during the high jump (1.86) during the CAC Indoor Championships as well.
 
2012-13: Freshman Season - Saw action during the CNU Holiday Open … Competed in the 60-hurdles, 400, and 4x400-relay during the competition.

High School: Served as a standout member of the King George track & field team … Picked up All-State accolades for his efforts on the 4x400 relay and in the 500 … Perennial All-Region selection on the 4x400 relay unit … Also picked up All-Region nods for his efforts in the high jump, 400, 500, and 4x200 … Garnered All-District honors as well … Also competed in football as a wide receiver and defensive back.
