2017-18 - Senior Season:
Cross Country -
Put together the most decorated season in program history ... Earned All-American honors after finishing fifth at the NCAA Championships with a time of 24:20.60 ... That finish marked the top performance by a Captain at the national meet in program history ... Set a school record in the 8k while winning the South / Southeast Regional Championship in 24:01.3 ... Also claimed the conference title in 24:46.3 ... Named the CAC and NCAA South / Southeast Region Cross Country Athlete of the Year ... First runner in conference history to win the league's top honor three years in a row ... Honored as the CAC Athlete of the Week on October 3 and October 17 after starring performances at the Paul Short Run and Cowbell Classic, respectively.
Track & Field - Earned All-Region plaudits in the indoor mile, 3000, and 5000 along with the outdoor 5000 and 10,000 ... Also was an All-Conference performer in the indoor 3000 and outdoor 5000 ... Set a school record in the indoor 5000 after finishing in 14:17.49 during the CNU Holiday Open ... Honored as the USTFCCCA National Track Athlete of the Week for that performance ... Finished 12th in the nation in the 5000 after finishing in 15:08.75 during the NCAA Indoor Championships ... Claimed the league title in the outdoor 5000 (14:55.31) ... Also came in second in the 3000 during the CAC Indoor Championships (8:33.84) ... Posted his top time in the mile (4:17.53) during the Captains Invitational and had his top effort in the 3000 (8:25.50) during the CNU Holiday Open ... Threw down a personal-best time of 4:03.13 in the 1500 during the Blue & Silver Challenge ... Named the CAC Track Athlete of the Week on January 23 ... Posted seven top-five finishes during the year and won four races.

2016-17 - Junior Season:
Cross Country - Celebrated as the CAC Cross Country Athlete of the Year for the second straight season after winning the conference title with a time of 25:59.0 … Continued his domination by earning the South / Southeast Region Athlete of the Year Award after winning the regional championship with a 25:02.9 mark … Posted the squad’s top finish at the NCAA Championships after placing 40th in 25:00.7, which helped the Captains finish 11th in the nation … Established a new school record in the 8k with a time of 24:43 during the Paul Short Run … Also notched a victory in the 8k during the CNU Invitational … Named the CAC Athlete of the Week on October 18.
Track & Field - Put together one of the most memorable seasons in program history … Secured All-American honors in the 5000 after placing seventh in the nation with a school-record time of 14:31.37 during the NCAA Indoor Championships … Set three other program records during the year as well … Established the indoor 3000 standard while winning the CAC Championship with an 8:33.12 mark … Came back in the outdoor season and broke the program records in the 5000 (14:42.96) during the Swarthmore Final Qualifier and the 10,000 (30:18.97) at the Bison Outdoor Classic … Qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the 10,000 and eventually placed 19th in the country with a 31:56.49 clocking … Secured a spot on the All-Region team in the indoor and outdoor 5000 as well as the indoor 3000 and the outdoor 10,000 … Picked up All-Conference honors in the indoor 5000 as well … Celebrated as the CAC Track Athlete of the Week on April 18.

2015-16 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country -
Honored as the CAC Cross Country Athlete of the Year after winning the league title with a time of 25:21 during the conference meet ... Also earned All-Region plaudits after placing fifth during the South / Southeast Championships with a time of 26:05.9 ... Helped guide the Captains to the NCAA Championships for the first time since 1994 and eventually placed 138th with a time of 25:43 during the national meet ... Came in second during the CNU Invitational and ninth during the William & Mary Invitational earlier in the year as well ... Two-time CAC Runner of the Week.
Track & Field - Secured All-Region plaudits in both the indoor and outdoor 5000 ... Also earned All-CAC honors in the event after placing second during the indoor title meet with a time of 15:27.61 ... Also finished third in the outdoor discipline and was ninth in the indoor 3000 (9:06.65) ... Placed third in the 5000 during the CNU Holiday Open and Colonial Relays during the year as well ... Had a season-best time of 14:44.87 in the 5000 during the Swarthmore Final Qualifier to wrap up the spring.
 
2014-15 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Honored as the CAC Rookie of the Year … Collected All-Conference and All-Region accolades for his efforts during the season … Placed sixth at the CAC Championships with a time of 25:19.1 in the 8k … Also finished 31st at the NCAA Regionals to cap off the year … Competed in the CNU Invitational and Charles Bowles Invitational as well.
Track & Field - Saw action at the CNU Holiday Open during the indoor season, placing 10th in the 3000 and 11th in the 5000.

At Deep Run - Excelled as a member of the cross country and track & field teams for the Wildcats … Was a nine-time All-Region selection and earned All-State accolades in the 3200 and 4x800-relay … Also was named a 2013 USATF Jr. Olympic Cross Country All-American … Won the state championship and set a new 5A state record in the indoor 4x800 … Also established the school record in the 5,000 … Helped guide the cross country team to the state championship as a senior.
