2022-23 - 5th-Year Senior Season: Starred in the hurdles throughout his final year with the Captains ... Earned second-team All-Conference honors in the 400-hurdles after placing second at the outdoor league meet with a time of 55.65 ... That placed him sixth on the regional charts during the 2023 campaign ... Also set a new PR in the 110-hurdles after clocking in at 16.08 during the spring championships ... Came in sixth in the 60-hurdles at the indoor league competition ... Established a pair of personal-bests during the CNU Qualifier after throwing down a mark of 8.96 in the 60-hurdles and 53.49 in the 400 ... 2021-22 - Senior Season: Capped off the year with a pair of top-five finishes at the Coast-to-Coast Conference Outdoor Championships … Finished third in the 400-hurdles (57.85) and fifth in the 110-hurdles (17.07) … Also established a new PR and came in sixth overall in the 60-hurdles with a time of 9.18 at the indoor league meet … Set a personal-best in the 400 with a 55.40 clocking at the Richard Drake Invitational … Won the 400-hurdles with a time of 59.16 at the Blue & Silver Challenge … Also came in fifth in the 110-hurdles during the same competition … Had 10 top-10 efforts during the year, including three at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic.

2020-21 - Junior Season: Garnered first-team All-Conference and second-team All-State accolades for his efforts in the 400-hurdles … Captured the league title in the event after posting a PR of 56.98 at the Coast-to-Coast Conference Outdoor Championships … Also came in eighth in the 110-hurdles at the league meet with a 17.41 clocking … Posted his top time in the 110-hurdles at the New Captains Classic after finishing third in 16.90 … Came in third in the 400-hurdles and fifth in the 110-meter discipline during his season debut at the Blue & Silver Challenge … Placed in the top-10 in seven of his eight races during the spring campaign.
 
2019-20 - Sophomore Season: Set a new PR during the 400 at the Captains Invitational after crossing the line in 55.94 … Also finished seventh in the 4x400-relay during that meet with a 3:57.89 clocking … Added his top mark of the year in the 200 with a 24.83 effort during the CNU Qualifier … Ran both the 200 and 400 at the Vince Brown Invitational as well.

2018-19 - Freshman Season: Capped off his debut campaign with a pair of top-10 efforts during the CAC Outdoor Championships … Finished seventh in both the 110-hurdles (17.00) and 400-hurdles (59.50) … Both of those clocking also established new PRs … Also competed in the 60-hurdles during the indoor league meet and came through with an 11th-place finish in 9.67 … Had a season-best time of 9.50 in the 60-hurdles during the Vince Brown Invitational … Came in sixth in both the 110- and 400-hurdles at the Lloyd Sigler Spring Meet … Wrapped up the year with 12 top-10 performances, including a fourth-place finish in the 200-hurdles (27.36) during the Captains Invitational over the winter.
