2020-21 - Junior Season: Finished sixth in the discus during the Coast-to-Coast Conference Outdoor Championships after unleashing a 36.56-meter heave at the league meet … Established a new PR in the hammer at the Eagle Invitational after placing third with a 39.16-meter launch … Came in fourth in both the discus and hammer at the UMW Opener … Added a season-best distance of 10.80 meters in the shot put during the Blue & Silver Challenge … Finished in the top-10 in the shot, discus, and hammer during that meet … Had a total of nine top-10 finishes during the outdoor campaign.
 
2019-20 - Sophomore Season: Placed seventh in the league in the weight throw after firing a 12.22-meter effort at the CAC Indoor Championships … Also came in sixth in the event at the CNU Qualifier and seventh at the Captains Invitational … Competed in the shot put throughout the year as well … Unloaded a season-best 11.09-meter toss at the Captains Invitational, which placed him eighth in the field … Finished the winter season with five top-10 efforts in throwing events.

2018-19 - Freshman Season: Saw action as a thrower during his first year with the Captains … Finished 10th in the discus (35.65 meters) and 11th in the hammer (35.00 meters) during the CAC Outdoor Championships … Established a PR in the weight throw while placing 14th at the league meet with a 10.29-meter heave during the winter season … Set a pair of personal bests during the Eastern Shore Challenge after coming in fifth in the discus (37.61 meters) and sixth in the hammer (35.23 meters) … Nailed down a PR in the shot put at the Dr. Jack Toms Invitational with a 10.18-meter heave … Was the runner-up in the discus at the Lloyd Sigler Spring Meet and finished third in the hammer at the New Captains Classic … Polished off his debut campaign with 11 total top-10 efforts.

At Heritage: Played as a defensive end and linebacker for the Pride...Also a member of the track & field team...Earned All-State honors in the discus...Named team captain of the football team.
