2021-22 - Junior Season: Orchestrated an award-winning campaign as a thrower during his third year with the Captains … Earned All-Region accolades in both the indoor weight throw and outdoor discus … Also collected a pair of second-team All-League accolades … Honored with a spot on the second-team All-State squad during the outdoor season as well … Came in second in the weight throw at the Coast-to-Coast Conference Indoor Championships after setting a new PR with a 15.49-meter launch … Also was a runner-up in the hammer at the outdoor league meet after ripping a 47.40-meter effort … Came in third in the discus at the spring competition as well … Established personal-bests in three consecutive meets in April … Kicked off the run with a 48.45-meter heave in the hammer at the Colonial Relays … Continued his streak with an 11.71-meter toss in the shot put at the New Captains Classic before unleashing a 43.78-meter effort in the discus at the Eastern Shore Challenge … Won the hammer at both the UMW Opener and VCU Final Qualifier … Had 14 top-five finishes during the year.

2020-21 - Sophomore Season: Captured second-team All-Conference honors in both the discus and hammer during his first outdoor season … Established new PRs while finishing as the runner-up in both events during the Coast-to-Coast Conference Outdoor Championships … Landed a distance of 40.73 meters in the discus and 46.42 meters in the hammer … Also garnered second-team All-State accolades as a thrower … Finished the year ranked 10th in the South / Southeast Region in the hammer … Named the Coast-to-Coast Conference Field Athlete of the Week on April 27 after winning both the hammer and discus at the Eagle Invitational … Won the discus at the UMW Opener as well … Set a new PR with a 10.32-meter toss in the shot put at the New Captains Classic … Had 13 top-five finishes during the outdoor campaign, including a pair during his season debut at the Salisbury Spring Meet.
 
2019-20 - Freshman Season: Finished 11th in the league in the shot put after firing a 9.39-meter toss during the CAC Indoor Championships … Had a season-best effort in that event with a 9.72-meter showing at the Captains Invitational … Competed in the weight throw during the year as well, including a 12.36-meter performance at the Vince Brown Invitational, which placed him ninth in the field … Also came in eighth in the weight throw at the Captains Invitational with an 11.09-meter toss.
