2016-17: Junior Season - Pieced together another award-winning campaign during his third year with the Captains … Qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the 110-hurdles and finished 12th in the country with a time of 14.71 … Notched All-Region honors in the 60-hurdles during the winter and the 110-hurdles in the spring … Also was an All-South / Southeast selection for his work in the indoor and outdoor long jump … Collected All-Conference honors in the long jump during the spring season … Placed second in the league in the long jump with a season-best distance of 7.02 meters … Impressed in the high jump as well, clearing 1.90 meters in the indoor season at the Captains Invitational before matching that height during the outdoor campaign at the Commonwealth Duals … Registered 30 top-five finishes during the year, including six victories … Showed his versatility by posting wins in the long jump, high jump, 110-hurdles, and 4x100-relay during the year … Celebrated as the CAC Athlete of the Week on March 22.

2015-16: Sophomore Season - Secured All-Region accolades for his work in the 110-hurdles and 4x100-relay … Notched a time of 15.05 in the hurdles during the Wolfpack Last Chance meet and helped the relay secure a season-best time of 42.12 during the Salisbury Elite Final Qualifier … Earned All-Conference honors after finishing second in the long jump (6.91 meters) and 4x100-relay (42.98) during the outdoor league meet … Also scored in the high jump and 110-hurdles … Posted 11 top-five efforts during the year … Competed on the basketball team as well, helping lead Christopher Newport to the program’s first-ever Final Four appearance.

2014-15: Freshman Season - Placed 15th during the 4x100-relay at the NCAA Outdoor Championships with a time of 41.91 … Qualified for the nationals after leading the relay to a season-best time of 41.29 during the Ron Althoff Invitational … Placed third in the 110-hurdles (14.79), fifth in the high jump (1.86 meters), and seventh in the long jump (6.57 meters) during the CAC Outdoor Championships … All three of those efforts marked season-bests … Won the 110-hurdles during the Salisbury Elite Final Qualifier after crossing the line in 14.93 … Competed in the 400-hurdles during the outdoor season as well.

At Tuscarora - Played all four years as a guard in the Potomac District...Earned first team All-Conference honors in 2014...Dunk Contest champion in the 2014 Nova Challenge...Named first team All-Loudoun in 2014...Set school records for free-throws made and triple-doubles.
