Cross Country - Did not compete during the fall season.
Track & Field - Finished 10th in the 5000 at the CAC Indoor Championships after crossing in 15:58.30 ... Had his best clocking of the year in the 5000 during the Vince Brown Invitational after winning the event in 15:44.14 ... Placed fifth in the 10,000 during the Dr. Jack Toms Invitational with a 33:38.09 mark ... Recorded five top-five finishes during the year.
 
2016-17 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Came in 28th at the CAC Championships after finishing the 8k in 27:40.2 … Posted his top time at that distance during the Don Cathcart Invitational after crossing in 26:38.8, which placed him ninth in the field … Also took part in the 8k during the CNU Invitational and finished 23rd in 27:58.0.
Track & Field - Registered a pair of top-10 efforts at the CAC Indoor Championships after coming in fifth in the 5000 (15:28:09) and eighth in the 3000 (8:54.34) … Had his top mark in the 5000 during the CNU Holiday Open after coming in fifth in 15:24.31 … Added a PR in the 3000 (8:53.06) during the Vince Brown Invitational … Finished with six top-10 efforts during the year.

2015-16 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Placed 45th at the CAC Championships after completing the 8k in 27:02.0 … Registered a pair of top-30 finishes during the year after coming in 22nd at the CNU Invitational and 27th at the Panorama Farms Invitational … Competed at the William & Mary Invitational as well and finished the 6k in 21:10.5.
Track & Field - Tallied a pair of top-10 efforts at the CAC Outdoor Championships after finishing third in the 10,000 (32:55.46) and 10th in the 5000 (16:04.72) … Had a season-best time in the 5000 during the Swarthmore Final Qualifier after crossing the line in 15:25.78 … Placed eighth in the 5000 at the CAC Indoor Championships as well with a 15:45.49 mark … Also ran the mile and 3000 during the winter season.
