2022-23 - Senior Season: Finished 11th in the 200 at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships after clocking in at 23.92, which established a new PR ... Also finished 12th in the 400 (57.07) at the winter league meet ... Came in fifth in the 400 and eighth in the 200 at the Blue & Silver Challenge ... Added ninth-place marks in the 200 at the CNU Qualifier and the 400 at the Eastern Shore Challenge.

2021-22 - Junior Season: Came in 10th in the 200 at the Coast-to-Coast Conference Outdoor Championships after finishing the race in 24.39 … Finished in the top-10 in a pair of events at the Holiday Open in December … Placed third in the 4x400-relay (3:41.00) and seventh in the 400 (55.90) … Added his fastest 400 time of the year at the Richard Drake Invitational after clocking in at 55.18.

2020-21 - Sophomore Season: Took part in a pair of meets during the outdoor campaign … Established new PRs in the 200 (24.42) and 400 (53.47) during the New Captains Classic … Also placed fifth in the 200 (24.72) and sixth in the 400 (54.04) at the Eagle Invitational.
 
2019-20 - Freshman Season: Competed in four events during the Captains Invitational … Posted times of 7.63 in the 60, 24.90 in the 200, and 55.52 in the 400 … Also led the 4x200-relay to a second-place finish in 1:36.78 … Took part in the 60 at the CNU Holiday Open as well while finishing in 7.72.

At J.R. Tucker - Starred during his time with the track & field team … Placed at the conference championships and qualified for the state meet … Also took part in the Penn Relays … Helped lead the 4x400-relay to the school record.
