Cross Country - Registered a top-20 finish at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships after placing 18th in the 8k with a time of 25:46.3 ... Wrapped up the year with a time of 27:31.9 at the NCAA South Regionals, which placed him 38th in the field ... Finished 27th in the 8k at the NCAA Regional Preview after crossing in 25:50.5 ... Also took part in the Rowan Border Battle and Paul Short Run ... Set a new 6k PR at the Spider Alumni Open after kicking off the season with a 19:55.3 clocking ... Named to the USTFCCCA National All-Academic Team for his work in the classroom as well.
Track & Field - Collected a pair of top-10 efforts at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships ... Finished fourth in the 3000-steeplechase (10:01.61) and sixth in the 400-hurdles (1:00.01) ... Also added a ninth-place showing in the 5000 and an 11th-place performance in the 3000 during the indoor league meet ... Established a personal-best in the 800 while finishing as the runner-up with a 2:02.77 mark at the CNU Qualifier ... Won the 1500 in 4:09.50 at the New Captains Classic ... 2021-22 - Senior Season:
Cross Country - Named to the second-team All-League squad after finishing 12th in the 8k at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships with a new PR of 25:55.9 … Rounded out the year by coming in 43rd at the NCAA South Regionals with a time of 26:59.2 … Added his finest finish with a fourth-place showcase at the CNU Invitational after completing the 8k in 26:48.5 … Also ran the 8k at the Paul Short Run and Inter-Regional Border Battle … Added a 5k PR at the Spider Alumni Open with a 15:46.3 mark in September.
Track & Field - Won a league title in the 3000-steeplechase after setting a personal-best with a 9:37.57 clocking at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships … Scored in the 400-hurdles as well after finishing fifth in 59.24 … Came in seventh in both the 3000 (8:58.27) and 5000 (16:06.68) at the indoor league meet … Established a PR in the 3000 with a mark of 8:57.99 at the Camel City Invitational … Added his top mark of the year in the 5000 while placing fourth in 15:48.29 at the Keydet Invitational … Had seven top-five finishes during the year, including a second-place showing in the 4x400-relay at the New Captains Classic … Named to the second-team All-State squad for his work in the outdoor distance events.
 
2020-21 - Junior Season:
Cross Country - Did not compete in the fall following a decision by the NCAA and Capital Athletic Conference to suspend athletic competitions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Track & Field - Starred in the steeplechase throughout his third year with the Captains … Earned All-Region honors in the event after ranking fifth in the South / Southeast with a personal-best time of 9:37.89 at the Charm City Invitational … Also captured the league title in the steeplechase and was a first-team All-Conference honoree after completing the event in 10:00.65 at the Coast-to-Coast Outdoor Championships … Finished eighth in the league in the 5000 as well … Registered his top clocking in the 5000 at the New Captains Classic after crossing in 15:29.24 … Set new PRs in the 1500 (4:07.81) and 400-hurdles (1:02.79) at the Blue & Silver Challenge … Recorded seven top-five finishes during the spring, including a win in the steeplechase at the UMW Opener.
 
2019-20 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Notched second-team All-Conference accolades while placing 11th in the 8k at the CAC Championships with a time of 28:11.1 … Recorded his top mark in the event at the Connecticut College Invitational after finishing in 26:45.0 … Finished 18th in the 6k at the William & Mary Invitational with a time of 20:57.6 … Also took part in the Paul Short Run and NCAA South / Southeast Regionals.
Track & Field - Competed in a pair of events at the CAC Championships, placing 10th in the 5000 (16:09.31) and 11th in the 3000 (9:12.54) … Finished third in the 5000 at the Vince Brown Invitational while posting a season-best mark of 15:58.91 … Placed in the top-10 in the mile at three different meets during the year, including a fourth-place showing at the CNU Qualifier with a time of 4:33.37 … Had five total top-10 efforts during the winter season.

2018-19 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Finished 24th at the CAC Championships after crossing the line in 28:15.6 … Had his fastest time of the year at the Paul Short Run with a 27:34.8 mark … Came in eighth in the 3k at the CNU Invitational (9:34.7) after placing 16th in the 5k at the Mary Washington Opener (16:42.2) … Also took part in the KollegeTown Pre-Nationals with a 27:56.1 clocking in the 8k.
Track & Field - Wrapped up his first collegiate campaign with a fifth-place showing in the 3000-steeplechase at the CAC Outdoor Championships … Finished the race in a season-best 10:07.14 … Also came in 13th in the 5000 during the CAC Indoor Championships (16:18.67) … Established PRs in the 800 (2:10.13) and mile (4:39.59) at the Captains Invitational … Tallied his top time in the 5000 at the Vince Brown Invitational (16:12.73) … Competed in the 1500 at the Lloyd Sigler Spring Meet and came in fifth in 4:25.19 … Posted a win in the 3000-steeplechase during the Eastern Shore Challenge with a 10:11.09 clocking … Had 10 top-10 finishes during the year, including a pair at the Blue & Silver Challenge and New Captains Classic.

At Hickory - Competed in cross country and track & field with the Hawks … Secured All-State accolades for his efforts as a senior … Also served as a team captain during his final campaign.
