2022-23 - Senior Season: Snatched a league title in the outdoor 4x100-relay after leading the foursome to a time of 41.59 at the spring meet ... Also placed third in the 4x400-relay and seventh in the 400 during the competition ... Shined during the indoor championships as well ... Finished third in the 4x400-relay, seventh in the 400, and 11th in the 200 at the winter meet ... Posted a victory in the 400 with a season-best time of 50.79 at the Williams Final Qualifier ... Added wins in the 4x100-relay during the Washington & Lee Carnival and Blue & Silver Challenge before winning the 4x400 during the New Captains Classic ... Finished the 200 in 23.22 during the Washington & Lee Carnival, which marked his top clocking of the year ... Chipped in with a season-best mark in the 100 (12.43) at the New Captains Classic and the 60 (7.50) during the VMI Invitational ... Came through with 18 top-five finishes during the year, including five victories.

2021-22 - Junior Season: Captured a pair of league titles as an award-winning member of the squad’s top relay units … Led the 4x400-relay to a victory at the Coast-to-Coast Conference Indoor Championships with a time of 3:30.21 … Came back with a triumph in the 4x100-relay at the outdoor league meet with a 42.31 clocking … Also placed third among conference competitors in the 400 with a 51.13 mark at the spring championships … Contributed two other top-10 finishes at the winter competition as well … Finished fifth in the 200 (23.46) and seventh in the 400 (53.13) at the conference meet in February … Set a PR in the 60 at the CNU Qualifier after crossing in 7.48 … Had 20 top-five finishes during the year, including wins in the 4x100-relay at the Blue & Silver Challenge, New Captains Classic, and Eastern Shore Challenge … Also was on the victorious 4x400 crew at the Captains Invitational and Vince Brown Invitational during the winter.

2020-21 - Sophomore Season: Registered a pair of top-five efforts at the Coast-to-Coast Conference Outdoor Championships … Finished third in the league in the 4x400-relay and fourth in the 400 … Came through with a pair of PRs at the Aggie Invitational after completing the 200 in 23.26 and the 400 in 50.55 … Added an 11.92 mark in the 100 at the Blue & Silver Challenge, which also established a new personal-best … Kicked off the outdoor campaign by winning the 400 and 4x400-relay at the UMW Opener … Had 10 top-five finishes during the spring, including a pair at both the Blue & Silver Challenge and New Captains Classic.
 
2019-20 - Freshman Season: Kicked off his collegiate career by earning second-team All-Conference accolades in the 4x400-relay … Led the foursome to a second-place showing at the CAC Championships with a time of 3:28.98 … Also finished sixth at the league meet in the 400 with a season-best mark of 52.36 … Registered his top effort in the 60 (7.81) at the Captains Invitational and posted his finest performance in the 200 (24.20) at the VMI Keydet Invitational … Had four top-five finishes during the year, including two at the Captains Invitational … Also placed in the top-10 on eight occasions.

At Lake Braddock - Earned honorable mention All-Met accolades for his work with the Bruins … Competed in the indoor 300 and 500 as well as the outdoor 200 and 400 … Also ran on the 4x200- and 4x400-relays … Received the Coaches Award for his efforts as a senior … Served as a team captain on both the indoor and outdoor squads … Helped lead Lake Braddock to the 2017 outdoor district and regional title … Also captured the 2018 outdoor district crown.
