Biography

2012-13: Indoor Season - Picked up All-Conference honors in the 4x400 after helping the relay unit finished fourth at the Mason-Dixon Championships with a time of 3:37.02…Posted his top time in the 200 during the same meet after clocking in at 23.93…Competed in the 60 during the year as well, including a season-best time of 7.55 during the Liberty Open. Outdoor Season - Earned All-Conference honors in the 4x400 after leading the relay to a sixth-place finish at the Mason-Dixon Championships with a time of 3:28.95…Also placed ninth in the 400 during the title meet after clocking in at 51.79…Record three top-10 efforts during the Commonwealth Duals after coming in fifth in the 4x400 and ninth in the 100 and 200…Placed eighth in the 400 during the Johns Hopkins Invitational after leading the 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams to top-10 finishes as well.

At Carlisle - Multi-sport standout for the Chiefs … Excelled on the 4x400 relay during his time on the track & field team … Collected indoor and outdoor All-Conference accolades for his performance on the relay … Also was a four-year member of the baseball team.
