2021-22 - Senior Season:
Cross Country - Capped off his career with a decorated campaign … Secured All-Region honors and was named to the first-team All-League squad … Finished second at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships after establishing a new PR in the 8k with a 25:02.7 clocking … Came back and finished 25th at the NCAA South Regionals with a 26:32.2 mark … Also took part in the 8k at both the Paul Short Run and Inter-Regional Border Battle … Finished 18th in the 5k at the Spider Alumni Open after crossing the line in 15:35.5 … Honored with a spot on the USTFCCCA National All-Academic Team for his scholarly achievements as well.
Track & Field - Competed in a pair of events during the Holiday Open in December … Finished second in the mile with a 4:29.11 mark … Also helped the 4x400-relay place third in 3:41.00.
 
2020-21 - Junior Season:
Cross Country - Did not compete in the fall following a decision by the NCAA and Capital Athletic Conference to suspend athletic competitions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Track & Field - Claimed the league title in the 1500 after finishing the event in 3:58.76 at the Coast-to-Coast Conference Outdoor Championships … Also was a second-team All-State selection for his work in the middle distances … Set a new PR in the 1500 (3:54.07) at the Emory Final Qualifier … That marked the fastest time by any runner in the conference during the spring season … Ranked seventh in the South / Southeast Region in the 1500 as well … Posted a win in the 5000 at the New Captains Classic after finishing in a season-best time of 15:27.12 … Opened the year with victories in the 1500 and 5000 at the UMW Opener … Came back with a win in the 800 (1:58.13) at the Blue & Silver Challenge as well … Had seven top-five finishes during the outdoor campaign.
 
2019-20 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Notched second-team All-Conference accolades after finishing 10th at the CAC Championships with a time of 28:07.3 in the 8k … Had a season-best time over that distance during the Paul Short Run after clocking in at 26:30.3 … Finished eighth in the 5k (16:45.5) at the UMW Opener before coming in 17th in the 6k (20:53.4) at the William & Mary Invitational … Also took part in the 8k at both the Connecticut College Invitational and NCAA South / Southeast Regionals.
Track & Field - Earned All-Conference and All-Region accolades for his performance in the mile during the year … Finished second at the CAC Championships in the event with a time of 4:29.66 … Threw down a season-best clocking in the event during the Vince Brown Invitational after crossing in 4:20.33, which marked the second-best time in the South / Southeast Region during the year … Came in 10th in the 3000 at the league meet after notching his best time of the season with a 9:09.41 mark … Added his fastest clocking in the 800 during the CNU Qualifier after finishing seventh overall in 1:58.23 … Placed in the top-10 in seven of his nine races during the indoor season.
 
2018-19 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Came in 25th at the CAC Championships with a time of 28:17.1 in the 8k … Had his season-best time at the CNU Invitational after finishing in 28:07.0, which placed him third in the field … Completed the 8k in 28:33.5 during the Don Cathcart Invitational as well.
Track & Field - Earned All-Conference honors as a member of the team’s decorated DMR … Helped lead the foursome to a second-place finish at the CAC Indoor Championships with a 10:33.68 clocking … Also came in sixth in the 800 during the title meet … Returned with two more top-10 finishes at the CAC Outdoor Championships … Registered a season-best 1:57.62 mark in the 800 while placing seventh in the event … Also finished fifth in the 1500 with a 4:05.13 clocking … Posted his top 1500 time at the Eastern Shore Challenge after finishing second in 4:04.75 … Added another second-place showing in the 4x400-relay during the New Captains Classic (3:30.19) … Compiled six top-five finishes during the year.

Before CNU - Attended James Madison during his first year of college in 2017-18 … Graduated from George Mason High School and competed in multiple sports for the Mustangs … Earned a pair of letters as a member of the cross country team and two for his work on the track & field squad … Also played baseball.
