2024-25 - Sophomore Season: Secured All-Region honors and was a second-team All-State selection in both the indoor and outdoor shot put during an award-winning year with the Captains ... Also notched second-team All-League accolades in the hammer throw ... Placed second in the hammer (49.64 meters), third in the shot put (14.99 meters), and sixth in the discus (41.90 meters) during the C2C Outdoor Championships ... Finished third in both the shot put (15.22 meters) and weight throw (16.16 meters) during the indoor league meet as well ... Jumped to sixth on the program's all-time leaderboard in the hammer and eighth in the weight throw with those efforts ... Set a new personal-best in the shot put with a 15.85-meter missile at the Holiday Open, which placed him second on the school's all-time charts and 41st in the NCAA in 2025 ... Also established an outdoor PR in the shot put with a 15.70-meter rocket at the Blue & Silver Challenge ... That bumped him to fourth on the program's all-time leaderboard and slotted him 50th in the country ... Recorded victories in the shot put at the Holiday Open, Captains Invitational, and Blue & Silver Challenge ... Had 10 total top-five finishes in the event during the year ... Named the C2C Field Athlete of the Week on December 9 and March 31 ... Also hauled in Academic All-District citations while earning a spot on the USTFCCCA National All-Academic Team for his scholarly efforts. 
 

2023-24 - Freshman Season: Earned a spot on the All-Region squad after starring in the shot put during the spring ... Set a new PR in the event with a 14.96-meter launch at the Dan Stimson Memorial Invitational, which moved him to sixth on the program's all-time performance list ... Finished third in the event at the C2C Indoor Championships with a 14.41-meter toss, which placed him 10th on the school's all-time indoor charts ... Netted another indoor PR at the CNU Qualifier after firing a 12.42-meter laser in the weight throw ... Also added personal-best efforts in the discus (40.68 meters) and hammer throw (34.40 meters) during the Blue & Silver Challenge ... Added a victory in the shot put during that competition as well ... Finished the year with five total top-five finishes, including four in the shot put.

At Glen Allen - Multi-sport athlete for the Jaguars played football and was a member of the swim team for three years while also participating in track and field for one season ... Two-time regional champion in track and indoor state runner-up ... Named second team All-Region for the football team ... Served as team captain
