2020-21 - Senior Season:
Cross Country - Did not compete in the fall following a decision by the NCAA and Capital Athletic Conference to suspend athletic competitions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Track & Field - Placed seventh in the league in the steeplechase after finishing the race in 10:37.87 at the Coast-to-Coast Conference Outdoor Championships … Also came in third in the steeplechase with a 10:40.00 clocking at the Eagle Invitational … Notched a PR in the 5000 (16:44.99) at the New Captains Classic … Also completed the 1500 in 4:28.04 at the Blue & Silver Challenge.
 
2019-20 - Junior Season:
Cross Country - Came in 58th at the CAC Championships after completing the 8k in 30:47.6 … Notched his fastest 8k time of the year at the CNU Invitational after coming in 22nd in 29:35.0 … Posted a 23:09.6 clocking in the 6k at the William & Mary Invitational before adding a 24:56.8 mark in the event at the Hornet Harrier Challenge.
Track & Field - Finished eighth in the 5000 (17:10.36) at the Vince Brown Invitational and ninth in the 3000 (9:49.62) at the Captains Invitational … Tallied a time of 4:57.77 in the mile at the CNU Holiday Open to kick off the indoor campaign.

2018-19 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Finished 13th in the 3k at the CNU Invitational after completing the course in 10:07.7 … Also posted a time of 18:07.7 in the 5k at the Mary Washington Opener.
Track & Field - Posted his top finish of the year at the Eastern Shore Challenge after coming in fifth in the 3000-steeplechase in 11:01.65 … Kicked off the season with a PR in the mile at the CNU Holiday Open (4:51.56) … Also added personal bests in the 3000 at the Vince Brown Invitational (10:18.04) and the 5000 at the Dr. Jack Toms Invitational (10:18.04) … Participated in the 4x400-relay during the year as well.

2017-18 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Registered a time of 28:43.2 in the 8k during the Don Cathcart Invitational ... Also took part in the 5k at the Mary Washington Opener (17:17.8) and the 6k at the William & Mary Invitational (22:15.2).
Track & Field - Posted his PR in the 1500 at the New Captains Classic after finishing 22nd in 4:27.99 ... Clocked in at 4:30.41 during the event at the Towson Invitational as well.
 
At Cambridge South Dorchester - Four-year member of the cross country and track teams … Collected All-State accolades for his work in cross country as a senior … Captured the indoor and outdoor 4x800 state titles in 2017 … Also won a pair of conference championships in the 4x800 and secured the 1600 crown in 2016 … Helped the Vikings claim the East Region Cross Country Championship as a junior and senior … Was the class salutatorian and a member of the National Honor Society.
