2019-20 - Junior Season:
Cross Country - Came in 30th at the CAC Championships with a time of 29:27.7 in the 8k … Following that performance with a new PR at the NCAA South / Southeast Regionals after completing the race in 27:15.6 … Also ran the 8k at both the Connecticut College Invitational and Paul Short Run … Kicked off the year by placing 22nd in the 5k (17:14.8) at the UMW Opener and 24th in the 6k (21:18.8) at the William & Mary Invitational.
Track & Field - Finished fifth in the Distance Medley Relay at the CAC Indoor Championships after helping the foursome clock in at 10:39.25 … Set a new personal-best in the mile at the CNU Qualifier after crossing the line in 4:39.89, which placed him seventh in the field … Also came in ninth in the 800 (2:05.95) at the CNU Holiday Open and 10th in the mile (4:41.35) at the Vince Brown Invitational.

2018-19 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Finished ninth in the 8k at the CNU Invitational after completing the course in 29:40.0 … Had his fastest time of the year at the Don Cathcart Invitational with a 28:24.9 clocking.
Track & Field - Competed in the 800 throughout the year … Posted his best time at the Dr. Jack Toms Invitational with a 2:02.63 mark … Finished sixth in the race at the Eastern Shore Challenge with a 2:04.57 clocking … Also took part in the 4x400-relay, highlighted by a 3:41.85 time at the CNU Holiday Open … Helped lead the foursome to a sixth-place finish at the Dr. Jack Toms Invitational as well.

2017-18 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Recorded his top 8k time at the Don Cathcart Invitational after crossing the line in 27:42.1 ... Finished 13th at the CNU Invitational (27:55.0) ... Also competed in the 6k at both the William & Mary Invitational and Tribe Open ... Came in 16th with a time of 20:01.8 at the Tribe Open.
Track & Field - Came in fourth in the 800 during the CAC Indoor Championships with a time of 2:01.63 ... Also came through with top-10 finishes in that event during the CNU Holiday Open and Vince Brown Invitational ... Completed the mile in 4:45.18 at the Captains Invitational, which placed him ninth in the field.
