2012-13: Indoor Season - Earned All-Conference accolades for his efforts in the 800 and distance medley relay…Placed third in the 800 after crossing the line in 2:03.48 during the title meet…Also helped lead the DMR unit to a second-place effort with a time of 11:06.99…Competed in the 4x400 throughout the year, highlighted by a season-best time of 3:28.49 during the Hilton Garden Invitational…Posted his finest effort in the 400 with a time of 55.14 during the Liberty Open…Came in 11th in the 4x400 during that competition as well.

HIGH SCHOOL: Starred as a member of the Chantilly track & field team.
