2024-25 - Senior Season:
Cross Country - Did not see action with the Captains during the fall campaign.
Track & Field - Polished off her senior season by earning second-team All-State accolades for her work in the outdoor mid-distance events ... Vaulted to fifth on the school's all-time performance list in the 800 after establishing a new PR of 2:16.38 at the Widener Final Qualifier ... Ran the anchor leg on the school's record-setting 4x1500-relay at the Colonial Relays ... Helped the foursome finish in 19:56.28, which set a new program standard ... Also established a PR in the 1500 (4:49.69) during the same competition ... Finished third in the 800 (2:20.49) and sixth in the 1500 (4:56.92) at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships ... Placed third in the DMR (12:50.25) and eighth in the mile (5:29.67) at the indoor league meet as well ... Was the runner-up in the 1500 at the Blue & Silver Challenge after crossing the line in 4:57.18 ... Posted eight total top-10 finishes during the year, including three top-five marks.

2023-24 - Junior Season:
Cross Country - Placed 17th in the 6k at the C2C Championships with a time of 23:20.3, which bumped her to 29th on the program's all-time performance list ... Came in 26th in the 6k at the CNU Invitational after crossing in 24:11.1 ... Wrapped up the year at the NCAA South Regionals while finishing 80th in 25:07.7 ... Also took part in the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle and Paul Short Run during the fall.
Track & Field - Locked up second-team All-Conference honors after helping lead the DMR to a second-place finish at the C2C Indoor Championships with a time of 13:09.09 ... Excelled on an individual level as well while placing sixth in the mile (5:29.44) and eighth in the 800 (2:34.77) at the winter championships ... Established a PR in the mile (5:22.13) while finishing second at the Richard Drake Invitational ... Also posted a personal-best in the 3000 (11:47.42) at the Captains Invitational ... Competed in eight total races during the winter and finished in the top-10 in every one, including five top-five marks.

2022-23 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Finished 30th at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships after wrapping up the 6k in 24:20.1 ... Posted a season-best mark over that distance at the Paul Short Run with a 23:49.8 clocking ... Also competed in the 6k at the Rowan Border Battle and NCAA Regional Preview ... Completed the 4k in 15:59.1 at the Spider Alumni Open.
Track & Field - Chipped in with a pair of top-10 efforts at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships ... Finished fourth in the outdoor 800 with a time of 2:23.80 ... Also placed sixth in the mile at the indoor league meet with a 5:41.94 mark ... Posted her top clocking in the 5000 (20:37.39) at the Washington & Lee Carnival before adding her season-best time in the 1500 (5:06.72) at the Hopkins-Loyola Invitational ... Added her fastest indoor clocking in the 3000 (12:05.49) at the Richard Drake Invitational ... Came in second in the mile and fourth in the 800 at the CNU Qualifier ... Also came through with a pair of top-five finishes at the Blue & Silver Challenge ... Finished the year with seven top-10 performances.

2021-22 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Notched a 6k PR during the Paul Short Run after finishing in 26:19.0 … Also took part in the Inter-Regional Border Battle at Rowan … Finished the two-mile run at the Spider Alumni Open in 13:20.3.
Track & Field - Did not see action during the winter or spring.
 
At Mountain View - Was a four-year varsity standout on the cross country and indoor and outdoor track & field teams ... Qualified for states in the outdoor 1600 in 2021 ... Helped lead the outdoor squad to a regional championship in 2019 and 2021 ... Also remained busy off the track while serving as the senior class historian and junior class secretary ... Was a member of the Science National Honor Society as well.
