2022-23 - Senior Season:
Cross Country - Set a new 6k PR while finishing 23rd in 23:54.6 at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships ... Completed the event in 24:43.7 during the prestigious Paul Short Run ... Also took part in the 6k at the Rowan Border Battle and NCAA Regional Preview ... Wrapped up the 4k in 16:34.4 during the Spider Alumni Open.
Track & Field - Placed 10th in the 10,000 at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships after completing the race in 44:02.43 ... Also finished 11th in the league in the indoor 3000 with a time of 11:29.33 ... Posted a victory in the mile at the CNU Qualifier with a time of 5:39.80 ... Added a second-place finish and a new PR in the 10,000 at the Blue & Silver Challenge with a 41:55.70 clocking ... Came in sixth in the 5000 at the Vince Brown Invitational after finishing eighth in the 3000 at the VMI Invitational ... Had five top-10 finishes during the year.

2021-22 - Junior Season:
Cross Country - Placed 30th in the 6k at the Coast-to-Coast Conference Championships after posting a season-best mark of 24:37.6 … Broke the 26-minute mark in the event at the Paul Short Run and Inter-Regional Border Battle as well … Also came in 38th in the 6k at the CNU Invitational … Kicked off the year with a time of 12:59.0 in the two-mile run at the Spider Alumni Open.
Track & Field - Came in sixth in the 10,000 at the Coast-to-Coast Conference Outdoor Championships after clocking in at 43:50.11 … Set a personal-best in the event at the Blue & Silver Challenge after placing third overall in 42:06.34 … Also notched outdoor PRs in the 1500 (5:09.42) at the New Captains Classic and the 5000 (19:52.22) at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic … Finished 10th in the league in the 3000 at the indoor conference meet … Posted her top mark in the event at the Richard Drake Invitational after coming in seventh in 11:03.82 … Finished second in the 3000 at the Captains Invitational and collected a PR in the mile (5:41.28) during the same meet … Won the 1500 at the Eastern Shore Challenge in 5:19.52 … Competed in 11 races during the year and finished in the top-10 on 10 occasions.
 
2020-21 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Did not compete in the fall following a decision by the NCAA and Capital Athletic Conference to suspend athletic competitions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Track & Field - Came through with a victory in the 10,000 during the Betty S. Rogers Invitational after crossing the line in 44:01.78 … Finished 12th in the event during the Coast-to-Coast Conference Outdoor Championships after completing the race in 44:29.68 … Placed sixth in the 800 (2:36.63) at the UMW Opener and added a ninth-place showing in the 5000 (20:52.04) at the New Captains Classic … Set a PR in the 1500 during the historic Colonial Relays after finishing in 5:19.21 … Had five top-10 finishes during her first outdoor season.

2019-20 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Finished 65th in the 6k at the CAC Championships after completing the course in 30:32.2 … Helped the Captains win the team title during the league meet … Finished seventh in a season-best time of 25:41.7 during the 6k at the CNU Invitational … Also completed that distance during the prestigious Paul Short Run in 26:43.4 … Added a time of 21:49.9 in the 5k at the William & Mary Invitational.
Track & Field - Established a PR in the mile during the Captains Invitational after completing the race in 6:04.82 … Also guided the 4x400-relay to a sixth-place finish during that competition with a 4:36.69 clocking … Opened the year with a 6:10.74 mark in the mile at the CNU Holiday Open.

At Poquoson - Was a six-time All-State honoree during her time with the Islanders … Competed on the cross country and track & field squads … Served as a captain on both teams.
 
Personal - Elizabeth Maria Miles is the daughter of Edward Miles and Alyson Kast … Has an older sister, Julia, and an older brother, Mason … Her mother is the most impressive person she has ever met … Her dream vacation would be a trip to Tahiti … “Mama Mia” is her favorite movie, and “Unbroken” is her favorite book.
