2021-22 - Senior Season:
Cross Country - Starred throughout the season and was named the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Women’s Cross Country Athlete of the Year … Qualified for the National Championships and eventually finished 202nd in the country after completing the 6k in 23:10.7 … Garnered All-Region and first-team All-Conference accolades for her performance … Came in sixth at the NCAA South Regionals, which marked the fifth-best finish in school history … Also won the league championship with a school-record time of 21:44 … Honored as the Conference Runner of the Meet for that showcase … Posted a victory in the 6k at the CNU Invitational with a time of 23:50.1 after setting a new two-mile PR at the Spider Alumni Open with an 11:48.5 clocking … Completed the 6k in 22:10.3 during the prestigious Paul Short Run and added a time of 24:28.6 at the Inter-Regional Border Battle … Named the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Runner of the Week on September 6, September 20, and October 4 … Selected to the USTFCCCA National All-Academic Team for her scholarly achievements as well.
Track & Field - Claimed a pair of conference championships during the year while starring in the distance events … Won the league crown in the indoor 3000 after setting a new championship meet record with a time of 10:26.82 … Came back and won the outdoor 1500 as well … Also garnered second-team All-Conference nods for her work on the outdoor 4x400-relay … Set a PR in the 3000 during the South Region Final Qualifier after clocking in at 10:12.02 … That marked the fastest time in the region during the winter campaign … Also nabbed All-Region accolades in the outdoor 1500 … Had a season-best time in that event after completing the race in 4:42.81 at the conference meet … Set a new PR in the 5000 at the Colonial Relays after finishing in 17:46.10 … Came back with a personal-best in the 800 at the New Captains Classic just one week later with a 2:21.26 mark … Won the indoor mile with a season-best mark of 5:24.22 at the Captains Invitational … Garnered a spot on the first-team All-State squad for her performance in the indoor distance events and was a second-team selection in the mid-distance category during the spring campaign … Named the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Track Athlete of the Week on January 17 and January 24 … Had 14 top-five finishes during the year, including six victories … Notched wins in both the 800 and 4x400 at the New Captains Classic … Honored with a spot on the USTFCCCA National All-Academic Team for her work in the classroom as well.
 
2020-21 - Junior Season:
Cross Country - Did not compete in the fall following a decision by the NCAA and Capital Athletic Conference to suspend athletic competitions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Track & Field - Made three appearances during an abbreviated spring season … Threw down a season-best time of 4:52.92 in the 1500 during the Colonial Relays … That marked the fifth-fastest clocking by a league competitor during the year … Posted a win in the event at the Salisbury Spring Meet after crossing the line in 4:53.20 … Added a seventh-place effort in the 1500 during the Coast-to-Coast Conference Outdoor Championships … Also took part in the 5000 during the year and posted a sixth-place finish in 19:10.14 at Salisbury.

2019-20 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Came in 22nd at the CAC Championships after finishing the 6k in 23:42.2 … Came back with a 49th-place showing at the NCAA South / Southeast Regionals with a season-best time of 23:30.6 … Chipped in with her top clocking in the 5k after placing 16th at the William & Mary Invitational in 20:50.2 … Competed in the 6k at the Paul Short Run and Connecticut College Invitational as well … Also starred in the classroom and was named to the USTFCCCA National All-Academic Team.  
Track & Field - Earned second-team All-Conference honors as a member of the Distance Medley Relay … Led the DMR to a second-place showing at the league meet with a time of 13:05.94 … Also came in 12th in the 800 during the CAC Championships with a time of 2:34.73 … Notched her fastest clocking in the event at the Vince Brown Invitational after completing the race in 2:28.36 … Finished sixth in the mile at the CNU Holiday Open in 5:39.85 … Added a time of 3:22.48 in the 1000 at the VMI Keydet Invitational as well … Had four top-10 finishes during the season, including a pair in the top-five.

2018-19 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Orchestrated an impressive debut while securing second-team All-Conference honors ... Came in 14th at the CAC Championships with a time of 25:09.7 ... Had her top 6k clocking of the year at the Paul Short Run with a 24:14.2 finish ... Also added sub-25-minute marks at the KollegeTown Pre-Nationals (24:28.2) and NCAA South / Southeast Regionals (24:26.9) ... Posted a victory in the 3k at the CNU Invitational with a time of 11:19.8, which earned her the CAC Cross Country Athlete of the Week Award ... Also added a runner-up finish in the 4k at the UMW Opener (15:26.7).
Track & Field - Was a celebrated member of the team's top indoor Distance Medley Relay after earning All-Conference and All-Region honors for her work in the event ... Helped lead the foursome to a second-place finish at the CAC Indoor Championships with a time of 13:01.59 ... Also came in fifth in the 800 (2:28.46) and eighth in the 3000 (11:04.70) during the title meet ... Came back with a fourth-place showing in the 1500 at the CAC Outdoor Championships with a time of 4:54.43 ... Also came in 11th in the 800 (2:32.79) during that competition ... Had her fastest 800 clocking of the year at the New Captains Classic (2:21.47) and her top 1500 mark at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier (4:49.64) ... Tallied 11 top-five finishes during the year, including victories in the 800 and 1500 at the Lloyd Sigler Spring Meet ... Also ran away with the mile title at the CNU Holiday Open with a season-best time of 5:25.72.
