2019-20 - Senior Season:
Cross Country - Polished off her career with one final decorated campaign … Garnered first-team All-Conference accolades while finishing fourth at the CAC Championships in 25:13.3 … Added All-Region plaudits after coming in 15th at the South / Southeast Championships with a personal-best time of 22:21.1 … Also added a PR to open her senior season with a time of 20:35.3 in the 5k at the William & Mary Invitational … Finished 18th at the prestigious Paul Short Run with a 22:53.9 clocking in the 6k … Also took part in the Connecticut College Invitational … Continued her excellent work in the classroom as well while earning USTFCCCA National All-Academic honors.

Finished third at the CAC Championships with a time of 24:06.4 ... Capped off her junior campaign with a 14th-place finish at the NCAA South / Southeast Regionals in 23:23.2 ... Threw down her fastest time in the 6k during the year with a 23:15.7 clocking at the Paul Short Run ... Also broke the 24-minute mark with a 23:42.4 time at the KollegeTown Pre-Nationals ... Posted a victory in the UMW Opener 4k with a time of 15:11.6, which earned her the CAC Cross Country Athlete of the Week Award ... Finished third in the CNU Invitational 3k (11:42.7) as well ... Also earned a spot on the USTFCCCA National All-Academic Team for her efforts in the classroom.
Track & Field - Remained a dominant force as a mid-distance runner while securing All-Conference honors in both the indoor 800 and outdoor 4x400-relay ... Also collected All-Region nods in the indoor mile and 800 ...  Finished in the top-five in three different disciplines during the CAC Outdoor Championships after coming in second in the 4x400 (4:04.77), third in the 1500 (4:54.37), and fifth in the 800 (2:23.80) ... Also horded points during the indoor title meet with a second-place finish in the mile (5:18.76) and a fourth-place showcase in the 800 (2:27.77) ... 2017-18 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country -
 Picked up All-Conference plaudits after finishing fifth at the CAC Championships in 23:22.1 ... Posted her top time in the 6k while finishing 45th at the South / Southeast Regionals in 23:00.3 ... Also ran the 6k at the Cowbell Classic and Paul Short Run ... Finished second in the 4k at the Mary Washington Opener and came in 62nd in the 5k at the William & Mary Invitational ... Earned a spot on the USTFCCCA National All-Academic Team for her work in the classroom as well.
Track & Field - Captured four conference championships during a decorated sophomore campaign ... Swept the league titles in the 800 after finishing in 2:24.14 during the indoor meet and 2:16.10 at the outdoor championships ... Also claimed the indoor mile crown (5:19.17) and outdoor 1500 title (4:42.97) ... Picked up All-Region nods in the indoor and outdoor 800 as well as the outdoor 1500 ... Posted her top time in the 1500 at the New Captains Classic after crossing in 4:38.81 ... Had her fastest clocking in the indoor 800 (2:22.18) at the Vince Brown Invitational ... Also came in third in the conference in the indoor DMR ... Placed fifth in the outdoor 4x400-relay and sixth in the indoor event at the league championships ... 2016-17 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Placed 23rd at the CAC Championships with a time of 25:24.3 … Competed at the NCAA Regional Championships and crossed the line in 23:57.0, which placed her 43rd in the South / Southeast … Matched her season-best time in the 6k with a 23:57.0 mark while coming in seventh at the CNU Invitational … Also took part in the Don Cathcart Invitational, finishing 23rd in 24:17.0 … Celebrated as a USTFCCCA National All-Academic selection for her work in the classroom.
Track & Field - Won a pair of conference championships and earned a spot on the indoor and outdoor All-League teams … Took the CAC crown in the indoor DMR after helping the foursome finish in 13:01.09 … Added another title during the spring meet in the 4x400 after leading the unit to a time of 4:07.92 … Excelled on an individual level as well, placing third in both the 800 and 1500 during the CAC Outdoor Championships … Also came in sixth in the mile and 12th in the 800 at the indoor meet … Notched her top time in the 800 (2:17.83) at the Liberty Twilight and posted her finest mark in the 1500 (4:40.40) at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier.
