Cross Country - Did not compete for the Captains in the fall.
Track & Field - Did not see action during the winter or spring campaigns.

2022-23 - Junior Season:
Cross Country - Notched a season-best time in the 6k during the Paul Short Run after finishing the race in 25:17.6 ... Also clocked in at 26:01.4 during the NCAA Regional Preview ... Began the year with a mark of 15:56.2 in the 4k at the Spider Alumni Open.
Track & Field - Placed sixth in the 1500 at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships after throwing down a time of 5:18.49 at the league meet ... Added a third-place showing in the 3000 during the New Captains Classic after finishing in 12:06.60 ... Notched another top-10 effort with a ninth-place finish in the 1500 at the Blue & Silver Challenge.

2021-22 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Did not see action during the fall.
Track & Field - Set a PR in the 1500 at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic after completing the race in 5:37.88 … Also threw down a 5:40.13 mark at the New Captains Classic, which placed her 19th overall.
 
At Princess Anne - Competed in cross country and track & field during her time with the Cavaliers … Hauled in All-Region accolades for her performance in the 1600, 3200, and 5K … Posted a PR of 20:13 in the 5K and had top clockings of 5:33 in the 1600 and 11:57 in the 3200 … Also served as a team captain.
 
Personal - Sarah Elizabeth Kinka is the daughter of Steven and Diane Kinka … Has two sisters, Lauren and Destiny … Destiny competed in cross country and track & field at Virginia Wesleyan … Her dream vacation would be a trip to Greece … Chris Renzema is her favorite musician, and Bob Goff is her favorite author … “Outer Banks” is her favorite TV show … Aspires to be an elementary school teacher ... Majoring in social work.
