2022-23 - 5th-Year Senior Season: Punctuated her collegiate career with one final decorated campaign ... Named the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Women's Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field Scholar-Athlete of the Year ... Also garnered third-team Academic All-American honors for the second straight season, becoming just the fifth student-athlete in Christopher Newport history to earn the prestigious honor twice ...  Picked up Academic All-District and All-State plaudits as well ... Remained one of the leading sprinters in the conference while winning three league titles ... Swept the indoor and outdoor 400, becoming just the third sprinter in league history to capture both titles in a single season ... 2020-21 - Junior Season: Remained one of the top sprinters in the league while earning a pair of All-Conference honors … Earned first-team plaudits in the 4x100-relay after leading the squad to a victory in 50.53 during the Coast-to-Coast Conference Championships … Also garnered second-team nods in the 400 following a runner-up finish at the league meet with a season-best mark of 1:00.63 … Placed eighth in the league in the 200 as well … Opened the year with five victories in her first six races … Captured the 200 and 400 at the UMW Opener … Came back with wins in the 100, 4x100, and 4x400 during the Blue & Silver Challenge … Finished the outdoor season with 12 top-five finishes, including three during the New Captains Classic … Continued starring in the classroom and was named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District Team for her performance.

2019-20 - Sophomore Season: Collected All-Conference honors in three different events during an exceptional indoor campaign … Helped the 4x400-relay win the league title after posting a time of 4:10.83 at the CAC Championships … Also garnered second-team All-Conference accolades in both the 200 and 400 … Finished the 200 in 27.14 and the 400 in 1:00.72 at the league meet … Earned second-team All-State plaudits for her work as a sprinter ... Established a PR in the 60 during the conference championships while finishing fifth overall in 8.12 … Registered three top-five finishes at the Captains Invitational after starring in the 60, 400, and 4x400-relay … Wrapped up the winter season with eight total top-five efforts.

2018-19 - Freshman Season: Secured All-Conference accolades after helping lead the 4x400-relay to a second-place finish at the CAC Outdoor Championships … Guided the foursome to a time of 4:04.77 … Also finished third in the 4x100-relay (50.47) and sixth in the 400 (1:02.49) during the outdoor league meet … Had four top-10 finishes during the CAC Indoor Championships as well … Came in third in the 4x400 (4:16.68), seventh in both the 60 (8.58) and 400 (1:02.72), and 10th in the 200 (28.01) … Posted a season-best time of 13.60 in the 100 during the Blue & Silver Challenge before adding a new PR in the 400 (1:00.39) during the Williams Final Qualifier … Claimed a pair of titles during the Lloyd Sigler Spring Meet after winning the 200 and 4x100-relay … Also snatched a crown in the 200 during the New Captains Classic … Had 17 top-five finishes during an impressive debut campaign.
