2022-23 - Senior Season:
Cross Country - Competed at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships and notched a top-50 finish at the league meet ... Completed the 6k in 24:52.8, which placed her 39th overall and established a new PR.
Track & Field - Orchestrated an award-winning campaign while starring on the squad's top relays ... Won a league title in the 4x400 after guiding the foursome to a time of 4:09.29 at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Indoor Championships ... Also earned second-team All-League nods as a member of the Distance Medley Relay after finishing as the runner-up in the indoor event in 12:51.12 ... Secured second-team All-State accolades for her work on both the 4x400 and DMR ... Notched a third-place finish in the 800 at the winter championships with a time of 2:28.75 ... Came back and scored in three events during the outdoor league meet ... Finished fourth in the 4x400-relay (4:31.95) and sixth in both the 400 (1:03.38) and 400-hurdles (1:15.52) at the spring competition ... Set a new PR in the mile at the CNU Qualifier after crossing the line in 5:51.73 ... Registered a win in the 800 at the CNU Holiday Open with a 2:31.83 clocking ... Came through with nine top-five finishes during the season, including four in the 800 ... Starred in the classroom as well and was named to the CSC Academic All-District Team for her work. 

2021-22 - Junior Season:
Cross Country - Did not see action during the fall campaign.
Track & Field - Captured the league title in the 400 during the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Indoor Championships after completing the race in 1:04.68 … Also earned second-team All-League nods for her work on a pair of relay teams … Finished second at the indoor meet in the DMR with a time of 12:49.61 … Came back in the spring with a second-place showing in the 4x400-relay after crossing in 4:14.54 … Also set a new PR in the 400 at the outdoor championships after coming in fourth overall with a time of 1:02.75 … Placed third in the indoor 4x400-relay and seventh in the outdoor 400-hurdles during the conference championships as well … Collected All-Region honors and second-team All-State accolades for her performance on the indoor DMR … Set a new PR in the 800 (2:32.36) during the Richard Drake Invitational and established a personal-best in the 400-hurdles (1:16.65) at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic … Posted wins in the 800 and 4x400-relay during the Captains Invitational … Also led the 4x400-relay to a win at the New Captains Classic … Had 16 top-five finishes during the year, including five at the indoor and outdoor league meets.

2020-21 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Did not compete in the fall following a decision by the NCAA and Capital Athletic Conference to suspend athletic competitions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Track & Field - Came through with a pair of top-10 finishes during the Coast-to-Coast Conference Outdoor Championships … Finished fourth in the league in the 4x400-relay after guiding the foursome to a time of 4:20.29 … Also came in seventh in the 400 with a 1:05.47 mark … Notched her fastest clocking in the 400 at the Eagle Invitational after finishing in 1:04.84 … Completed the 800 in 2:38.09 at the Blue & Silver Challenge … Registered eight top-10 finishes during the spring … Picked up wins in the 4x400-relay during the Blue & Silver Challenge and Eagle Invitational.
 
2019-20 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Came in 19th in the 6k at the CNU Invitational after completing the course in 27:21.8 … Also took part in the 5k at the Hornet Harrier Challenge while clocking in at 22:44.6.
Track & Field - Finished sixth in the 800 at the CNU Holiday Open with a season-best mark of 2:34.62 … Completed the event in 2:35.01 during the VMI Keydet Invitational as well.

At West Springfield - Secured All-State honors as a member of the outdoor 4x400-relay during her time with the Spartans … Also was an All-District honoree in the indoor 4x400 and the outdoor 800 … Picked up All-Region accolades for her work on the outdoor 4x800-relay as well … Helped guide the cross country team to the 2019 6A State Championship as well as district and regional crowns.
 
Personal - Casey Elizabeth Yenyo is the daughter of Alex and Sue Yenyo … Has a twin sister, Paige, and a younger sister, Hailey … Allyson Felix is her favorite athlete, and Florence Griffith Joyner is the person in history she’d most like to meet … “Surf’s Up” is her favorite movie … Majoring in social work.
