Cross Country - Kicked off the year with a 4k clocking of 19:16.0 at the Spider Alumni Open ... Added her fastest 6k mark at the CNU Invitational after finishing in 28:35.2 ... Also completed the prestigious Paul Short Run in 30:09.1.
Track & Field - Did not see action during the indoor or outdoor seasons.

2022-23 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Placed 31st in the league at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships after completing the 6k in 24:26.4 ... Added her top finish of the year with a 22nd-place performance at the Rowan Border Battle after wrapping up the meet in 26:15.9 ... Also took part in the 6k at the Paul Short Run and NCAA Regional Preview ... Kicked off the year with a time of 16:30.1 in the 4k at the Spider Alumni Open.
Track & Field - Did not compete during the winter or spring.

2021-22 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Had her top clocking in the 6k at the Paul Short Run after finishing in 25:17.6 … Also placed 29th in the 6k at both the CNU Invitational and Inter-Regional Border Battle.
Track & Field - Came in seventh in the league in the 800 at the Coast-to-Coast Conference Indoor Championships after posting a time of 2:33.71 … Also was 13th in the event at the outdoor league meet with a 2:36.85 mark … Set indoor PRs in the 3000 (12:35.42) at the Captains Invitational and the mile (5:42.67) at the CNU Qualifier … Had her fastest time in the 1500 at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic after crossing the line in 5:23.47 … Came through with seven top-10 finishes during the year, including three in the 800.
 
At Midlothian - Excelled in cross country and track & field with the Trojans … Nabbed All-Region honors in cross country and helped the squad record a pair of second-place finishes at the state meet … Led the team to three regional championships as well … Also was a perennial All-Region performer in the 1000 and guided the indoor track team to the VHSL Class 5 state championship … Helped Midlothian finish second at the outdoor state meet as well.
