2024-25 - Junior Season: Finished in the top-10 in the league in five different throwing events during a solid year with the Captains ... Set a new PR while coming in fourth in the conference with a 38.01-meter heave in the hammer ... Also was ninth in the shot put (8.60 meters) and 10th in the discus (17.18 meters) during the spring championships ... Scored in the weight throw during the indoor league meet with a fifth-place performance (11.03 meters) ... Came in eighth in the indoor shot put (8.63 meters) as well ... Landed a personal-best mark of 11.17 meters in the weight throw at the CNU Qualifier ... Added outdoor PRs in the shot put (9.29 meters) at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic and the discus (29.45 meters) during the New Captains Classic ... Had 17 total top-10 finishes during the year, including three at the Blue & Silver Challenge in March.
 

2023-24 - Sophomore Season: Finished in the top-10 in four different events during the C2C Championships ... Came in fourth in the 4x400-relay (4:27.58) and ninth in the shot put (8.02 meters) during the indoor league meet ... Placed sixth in both the hammer throw (27.90 meters) and discus (27.67 meters) at the spring championships ... Established a new personal-best in the shot put at the New Captains Classic after unleashing an 8.80-meter heave ... Locked down 14 top-10 finishes during the year, including a third-place showing in the shot put at the CNU Qualifier ... Also was fourth in the 200 (29.23) and fifth in the shot put (8.01 meters) during the Captains Invitational ... Had a season-best time of 28.64 in the 200 at the Oceanfront Invitational.

2022-23 - Freshman Season: Hauled in second-team All-Conference honors as a member of the outdoor 4x100-relay ... Helped lead the foursome to a second-place finish at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships with a time of 48.65 ... Also notched a pair of top-10 efforts in throwing events at the spring competition ... Placed fourth in the javelin (18.07 meters) and eighth in the discus (19.47 meters) at the league meet ... Finished 13th in the 400 (1:07.60) as well ... Also took part in a pair of events during the indoor conference championships ... Came in sixth in the 400 (1:06.16) and 11th in the 200 (29.03) among league competitors ... Threw down a season-best time in the 60 (8.57) at the Blue Marlin Invitational ... Added her top marks in the 100 (13.87) at the Washington & Lee Carnival and the 200 (28.52) during the New Captains Classic ... Landed a distance of 4.23 meters in the long jump at the CNU Qualifier, which placed her fourth in the field ... Chipped in with 14 top-10 finishes during the season, including a victory in the 4x100-relay at the Blue & Silver Challenge.

At Trinity Christian - Starred in track & field during her time with the Gryphons ... Placed second at the state championships in the 4x100 and added a pair of top-five finishes in the 4x400 ... Also qualified for states in the 100, 200, discus, and long jump ... Served as a captain on the cross country squad as well ... Also was a cheerleader.
