2021-22 - Senior Season:
Cross Country - Registered a 6k PR at the Coast-to-Coast Conference Championships after placing 24th in the league in 24:05.7 … Added a 14th-place finish at the CNU Invitational with a 25:58.7 mark … Took part in the 6k at the Paul Short Run and Inter-Regional Border Battle as well … Also notched a two-mile personal-best at the Spider Alumni Open after wrapping up the event in 13:09.3.
Track & Field - Came in eighth in the 10,000 at the Coast-to-Coast Conference Outdoor Championships with a time of 45:45.47 … Also was 10th among league competitors in the 5000 at the indoor conference meet with a 20:42.72 clocking … Collected a PR in the 3000 at the Richard Drake Invitational after crossing the line in 11:44.91 … Added another personal-best in the 1500 during the spring season with a 5:39.83 mark at the New Captains Classic … Came in fourth in the 10,000 at the Blue & Silver Challenge with a 44:10.69 showing … Had five top-10 finishes during the year, including a fifth-place performance in the 5000 at the Vince Brown Invitational.
 
2020-21 - Junior Season:
Cross Country - Did not compete in the fall following a decision by the NCAA and Capital Athletic Conference to suspend athletic competitions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Track & Field - Came in ninth in the league in the 10,000 after finishing the race in 43:38.25 during the Coast-to-Coast Conference Outdoor Championships … Set a new PR in the 5000 at the Salisbury Spring Meet after opening the outdoor season with a time of 20:14.74 … Came back with a 5:40.99 clocking in the 1500 at the UMW Opener, which also established a new personal best … Finished fifth in the 10,000 at the Blue & Silver Challenge and placed seventh in the 5000 during the New Captains Classic … Had three top-10 efforts during the spring.
 
2019-20 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Placed 66th at the CAC Championships and helped the Captains claim the team title during the meet … Finished the 6k in 30:39.9 at the conference competition … Added her top time over that distance during the CNU Invitational with a 27:31.7 clocking … Contributed season-best efforts in the 4k (17:28.3) at the UMW Opener and the 5k (23:36.7) at the Hornet Harrier Challenge … Also came in 35th in the 5k at the William  Mary Invitational with a 24:09.0 mark.
Track & Field - Came in second in the 5000 at the CNU Qualifier after completing the event in 21:41.02 … Posted a season-best time in the mile at the CNU Holiday Open after crossing the line in 6:43.38 … Also took part in the 3000 at the Captains Invitational and the 5000 at the Vince Brown Invitational.

2018-19 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Finished 39th at the CAC Championships after completing the 6k in 26:47.9 … Posted her top time in the event at the Don Cathcart Invitational with a 25:12.9 clocking … Also came in 17th at the CNU Invitational after finishing the course in 26:45.0.
Track & Field - Placed 12th in the 10,000 at the CAC Outdoor Championships with a time of 44:44.86 … Posted her season-best clocking in the 5000 during a fourth-place finish at the Blue & Silver Challenge with a 20:21.29 mark … Added her fastest time in the 1500 at the Lloyd Sigler Spring Meet (5:43.24) after establishing her PR in the 3000 at the CNU Holiday Open (12:05.12) … Registered six top-10 finishes during the year, including five in the 5000.

At West Springfield - Competed in both cross country and track & field with the Spartans.
