2019-20 - Senior Season:
Cross Country - Notched second-team All-Conference accolades for her work at the CAC Championships … Finished 10th at the league meet after completing the 6k in 25:43.0 … Had her top time of the year over that distance at the Paul Short Run while finishing 11th overall in 22:41.6 … Also took part in the event at the Connecticut College Invitational and NCAA South / Southeast Regionals … Finished the 5k in 20:17.3 at the William & Mary Invitational, which placed her 13th in the field.
Track & Field - Placed third in the 5000 at the CAC Indoor Championships with a time of 18:44.40 … Also came in ninth in the mile after crossing the line in 5:36.68 during the league meet … Collected a new PR in the mile at the CNU Qualifier after finishing in 5:22.49, which placed her fourth in the field … Came in third in the 5000 during the Vince Brown Invitational as well.

2018-19 - Junior Season:
Cross Country - Brought home All-Region honors while also earning a spot on the second-team All-Conference squad ... Finished 13th at the CAC Championships with a time of 24:53.3 before coming in 24th at the NCAA South / Southeast Regionals in 23:41.4 ... Also broke the 24-minute mark in the 6k at the Paul Short Run with a 23:52.0 clocking ... Was the runner-up in the 3k at the CNU Invitational after crossing the line in 11:35.1 ... Also took part in the KollegeTown Pre-Nationals with a time of 24:18.3.
Track & Field - Boasted a pair of top-10 efforts at the CAC Indoor Championships after finishing sixth in the 5000 (19:12.07) and 10th in the mile (5:37.44) ... Came back with a fourth-place showing at the outdoor league meet in the 10,000 (40:52.48) ... Had her fastest 5000 time of the year at the CNU Holiday Open with an 18:36.47 mark ... Chipped in with her top 1500 (5:06.04) at the Blue & Silver Challenge and the finest mile (5:27.70) at the Captains Invitational ... Had eight top-10 finishes during the year, including a second-place showcase in the 5000 at the New Captains Classic.

2017-18 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country -
 Took part in the South / Southeast Championships and finished 32nd in the region with a time of 22:46.0 ... Also competed in the 6k during the Cowbell Classic and Paul Short Run ... Won the 4k during the Mary Washington Opener and was celebrated as the CAC Athlete of the Week for that performance.
Track & Field - Earned All-Region nods in the indoor 5000 ... Posted her top time in the event after winning the race at the Captains Invitational in 18:39.86 ... Registered a pair of top-10 efforts at the CAC Indoor Championships ... Placed fifth in the 3000 (10:50.76) and 10th in the 5000 (19:40.83) ... Also came in fifth in the 5000 (18:53.59) during the CAC Outdoor Championships ... Notched her top time in the outdoor 5000 (18:43.63) at the New Captains Classic and had her finest clocking in the indoor 3000 (10:43.31) at the Captains Invitational ... Had seven top-five finishes and three victories during the year.

2016-17 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Pieced together a memorable debut, earning CAC Rookie of the Year accolades to go along with All-Conference and All-Region nods … Placed second at the conference championship meet with a time of 23:43.7 … Added a 12th-place showing at the NCAA Regional Championships after crossing the line in 23:08.0 … Posted her top time in the 6k at the Paul Short Run with a 22:40.1 clocking … Added victories at the William & Mary and CNU Invitationals … Honored as the CAC Athlete of the Week on September 20 and October 18.
Track & Field - Finished fourth in the 10,000 at the CAC Outdoor Championships while establishing a PR with a 40:11.69 mark … Also competed in the 5,000 during the conference indoor meet and placed seventh overall with a 19:18.56 clocking … Recorded her finest effort in the 3000 during the CNU Holiday Open after finishing in 10:49.55 … Registered three top-five finishes and seven top-10 marks during the year.

At W.T. Woodson - Competed on the cross country and track teams for four years … Earned All-Conference honors from 2012-16 … Honored as the MVP of her cross country team as a junior and senior.
