2021-22 - Junior Season:
Cross Country - Recorded her fastest time in the 6k at the Paul Short Run after finishing the course in 27:39.4 … Also added a top-50 showing in the 6k at the CNU Invitational after coming in 46th in 30:13.8.
Track & Field - Set PRs in both the 800 (2:42.43) and 1500 (5:30.40) at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic … Collected her top effort in the 3000 at the CNU Qualifier in February after crossing the line in 12:45.27 … Came back with another personal-best in the 5000 at the Blue & Silver Challenge with a 22:03.61 clocking … Finished fifth in the 1500 at the Eastern Shore Challenge with a time of 5:30.65.
 
2020-21 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Did not compete in the fall following a decision by the NCAA and Capital Athletic Conference to suspend athletic competitions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Track & Field - Did not see action during the outdoor season.
 
2019-20 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Posted a season-best time in the 5k at the Hornet Harrier Challenge after finishing the race in 23:18.4 … Also came in 36th in the 5k at the William & Mary Invitational with a time of 24:20.7.
Track & Field - Took part in the mile at the CNU Holiday Open and completed the event in 6:30.98, which placed her 14th in the field.

At Dominion - Was a four-time All-District selection as a member of the cross country team with the Titans … Also earned a spot on the All-Region squad during her senior year … Equally decorated member of the track & field team … Secured All-District, All-Region, and All-State accolades for her efforts on the indoor and outdoor squads … Served as a team captain during her final two years on all three teams … Earned 10 letters at Dominion.

Personal - Lila Jane Virtue is the daughter of Cindy and Ed Virtue … Has an older brother, Carrick, and a younger sister, Emma … Majoring in psychology.
