Cross Country - Came in 11th in the 6k at the CNU Invitational after completing the course in 26:19.3 … Posted season-best efforts in the 4k (17:23.1) at the UMW Opener and the 5k (22:15.0) at the Hornet Harrier Invitational … Also completed the 5k in 22:27.7 at the William & Mary Invitational, which placed her 29th in the field.
Track & Field - Won the 5000 at the CNU Qualifier after completing the race in 20:40.96 … Also came in 10th in the event at the Vince Brown Invitational with a 20:48.30 clocking … Finished eighth in the 3000 at the Captains Invitational after crossing the line in 11:55.60.

2018-19 - Junior Season:
Cross Country - Placed sixth in the 3k at the CNU Invitational after completing the course in 13:00.0.
Track & Field - Recorded her top time in the 3000 during the Vince Brown Invitational with a 12:00.32 clocking ... Added her finest mark in the 5000 at the Dr. Jack Toms Invitational (20:59.44) ... Came in 10th in the 5000 at the New Captains Classic with a time of 21:15.40.

2017-18 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Placed 26th at the CAC Championships with a time of 25:05.8 in the 6k ... Also took part in the South / Southeast Regionals and finished 117th at the meet ... Posted her top 6k time of the year at the Don Cathcart Invitational after finishing 20th in 23:35.7 ... Finished sixth in the event at the CNU Invitational (25:14.0) and was 15th in the 4k at the Mary Washington Opener (15:50.5) ... Competed in the Cowbell Classic and William & Mary Invitational as well.
Track & Field - Took part in the 5000 at the CNU Holiday Open and finished fifth in the race in 20:47.70.

2016-17 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Came in 36th at the CAC Championships with a time of 25:55.1 during the 6k … Added her top time in the event during the Don Cathcart Invitational after crossing in 25:23.3 … Also came in 18th in the 6k during the CNU Invitational with a 25:24.0 clocking.
Track & Field - Posted a pair of top-10 efforts at the CAC Championships after coming in seventh in the outdoor 5000 (18:56.62) and ninth in the indoor 3000 (11:13.68) … Notched her top time in the 3000 during the Tribe Invitational after crossing in 11:11.62 … Took part in the 1500 during the year as well and notched her fastest performance during the Commonwealth Duals (5:09.06) … Also added a 5:45.73 clocking in the mile during the CNU Holiday Open … Had six top-10 efforts during the year, including a pair of top-five finishes.

At Tuscarora - Competed in cross country for three years and track for two … Earned All-Conference accolades for her efforts in cross country as a senior … Helped lead the Huskies to two straight state championships during her junior and senior campaigns … Also served as a team captain ... Saw action as a goalie on the soccer team during her freshman year as well.
