2024-25 - Senior Season: Punctuated her tenure as one of the league's most decorated sprinters after hauling in four All-Conference citations, including a pair of individual titles ... Also was a first-team All-State selection in the sprints during the winter and spring seasons ... Swept the league crowns in the 200 (25.76) and 400 (59.08) during the C2C Indoor Championships ... Placed second in the 4x400-relay with a time of 4:10.06 as well ... Picked up another second-team All-League award in the outdoor 400 after finishing as the runner-up in 58.80 ... Also placed third in the 200 (25.15) and fourth in the 4x100-relay (49.13) during the spring competition ... Won the 400 in 57.49 at the New Captains Classic, which marked the program's top clocking since 2014 ... Established a PR in the 200 at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic after blazing to a time of 24.94 ... That was the finest effort by a Captain in 15 years ... Swept the league titles in the 200 and 400 during the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Indoor Championships ... Honored as the C2C Women's Indoor Track Athlete of the Meet for that performance ... Also garnered second-team All-League nods in three disciplines after placing second in the 200, 400, and 4x100-relay during the outdoor meet ... Secured All-Region recognition in the indoor DMR after helping the foursome set a new school record with a time of 12:36.75 at the Camel City Invitational ... Garnered first-team All-State nods in the DMR and was a second-team selection in the sprints during the winter season ... Threw down a time of 25.52 in the 200 at the Richard Drake Invitational, which established a new conference record and marked the third-fastest time in program history ... Established a new PR in the 400 after finishing in 58.31 at the Widener Final Qualifier ... Posted her top clocking of the year in the 100 with a 12.57 mark at the Blue & Silver Challenge ... Finished the 60 in 7.91 during the CNU Qualifier ... Posted six victories during the year, including four in the 200 ... 2022-23 - Sophomore Season: Established herself as one of the top young sprinters in the nation ... Earned All-Region accolades in the indoor and outdoor 200 as well as the outdoor 100 ... Also garnered first-team All-State plaudits for her work as a sprinter in the winter and spring while picking up second-team nods as a member of the indoor 4x400-relay ... Captured five conference titles during the year ... Posted victories in the indoor 60, 200, and 4x400-relay as well as the outdoor 100 and 200 ... Collected second-team All-League nods in the outdoor 4x100-relay as well ... Established a pair of PRs during the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic after finishing the 100 in 12.07 and the 200 in 24.96 ... Both of those clockings ranked fourth in the South Region and among the top-50 nationally ... Set two personal-bests during the indoor season as well ... 2021-22 - Freshman Season: Capped off her debut campaign with a starring role at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships … Earned a pair of second-team All-League accolades for her efforts … Was the runner-up in the 100 with a time of 12.84 … Also finished second as a member of the 4x100-relay after finishing the race in 50.82 … Added a PR in the 200 as well after finishing third at the conference meet with a time of 26.53 … Posted a victory in the 200 at the Captains Invitational and added a personal-best in the 400 during the same competition after crossing in 1:03.63 … Kicked off her collegiate career with three top-five showings at the Holiday Open in December … Contributed a PR in the 60 during that meet after finishing in 8.08 … Took part in 10 races during her freshman campaign and finished in the top-five on nine occasions.
