INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- Christopher Newport junior
Reagan Delp was selected to compete in the 2021 NCAA Division III Women's Tennis Singles National Championship as announced on NCAA.com late Wednesday evening. Delp becomes just the fourth Captain in program history to qualify for the NCAA Championships.Â

Delp, a first-team All-Coast-To-Coast Athletic Conference selection, will travel to Chattanooga, Tennessee for the individual championships from May 28-30. Hosted by the University of the South and the Chattanooga Sports Commission, the singles tournament will feature 32 players from four regions around the nation.Â
This season, Delp has played at No. 1 throughout the year while picking up a 7-5 overall record and 3-1 mark in conference play.Â
Additionally, C2C Rookie of the Year
Tessa Trate was named the third alternate for the singles tournament.
